When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all, yet we waited 10-15 minutes to be seated despite plenty of available tables. There was no proper greeting. Instead of being guided to a table, a waitress simply pointed from across the room & said,'Sit here.' Not welcoming or professional at all.
Once seated, we weren't offered water, coffee, or even acknowledged for another 20 minutes. We had to ask multiple times just to receive basic drinks - coffee, water, & lemonade - & even then, they were brought very slowly. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there.
After finally placing our order, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. During that time, employees were sitting right next to us eating their own meals. I completely understand that staff members need breaks - that's normal & reasonable. However, eating in the dining area directly beside paying customers, while talking loudly, using inappropriate language, & openly counting & flashing tip money, is extremely unprofessional.
They made eye contact with us several times while we were clearly still waiting for service. It felt dismissive & uncomfortable. If staff are taking breaks or discussing tips & personal matters, that should be done in the back, not beside customers who are waiting to be served.
The staff never checked on us once to ask if everything was okay. The food itself was mediocre at best. On top of everything, we were charged for a regular coffee, which many breakfast restaurants include with a meal.
Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, & highly unprofessional. We did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one.
I would not recommend this location & will not be returning.

I visited L'Oeufrier on Boulevard Corbusier in Laval with my family, & it was a wonderful experience!
I had their smoked meat poutine with spicy hollandaise sauce, & it was absolutely delicious - rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced with just the right kick. I also discovered their Emilia Sauce, which was excellent with eggs, fries, & more. My family enjoyed their dishes as well; everything was freshly prepared, generous in portion, & full of flavor.
The restaurant is very clean, well-organized, & family-friendly. The staff were welcoming, attentive, & made sure our experience was comfortable & enjoyable.
Overall, L'Oeufrier is a top spot in Laval for breakfast, brunch, or even a hearty poutine. I highly recommend it!
La nourriture était excellente, les patates maison & le jambon maison sont délicieux. Toutefois, le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'expérience. Le serveur était très accueillant au départ & la commande a été prise avec un sourire, mais la suite n'a pas suivi. On ne nous a jamais proposé du café ensuite ni vérifié si tout était bien. La cuisine était plutôt lente également : plus de 35min d'attente pour nos assiettes.
Je croyais que tout les oeufrier avait le même menu, les mêmes aliments. Très déçu de celui-ci au niveau des aliments. Les 3 étoiles vont a la serveuse & au gentil garçon qui nous a bien accueilli. Le meilleurs oeufrier ce trouve a Blainville sur Côte St-louis a Blainville.

Toujours excellente la nourriture. Par contre a chaque fois que j'y fais, très rarement j'ai des rechau de café sans le demander. Aujourd'hui dimanche matin, on est 5 clients dans le resto, il y a 4 employés en avant. J'ai jamais eu de rechau de café en 1h. Une des serveuse étais assis sur une chaise à rien faire au lieu de faire des ronde & s'assurer d'un bon service.
La nourriture est bonne, le personnel est gentil mais c est très serré & condensé pas d espace entre les tables franchement je trouve que c est un inconvénient.

Ce n'est pas notre première visite & malheureusement aujourd'hui notre service a été horrible. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a offert des cafés, mais on a dû demander à deux reprises d'avoir des ustensiles. Ensuite, une fois notre déjeuner arrivé, la serveuse n'est jamais venue nous voir pour nous demander si tout était correct. Vers la fin, j'ai dû l'appeler pour avoir plus de café & c'est à ce moment qu'elle nous a demandé si tout était correct. Ensuite, nous nous sommes levés pour demander la facture car elle ne s'est jamais rendu compte qu'on demandait l'addition. De plus, le restaurant n'était même pas plein.
I went to this restaurant by mistake & was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was delicious! They have many options varying from standard breakfast to more funky dishes. They also have a crazy selection of smoothies & milk shakes (see picture). Andreanne (sorry if i misspelled) was my waitress & she was exceptional.
Aucun service une fois arrivé à la table attente de 20 min. Du a mon nom verbal le server arrive. Mon conjoint a mentionné que nous n'avons pas reçu de Bonjour ni d'offre de cafe depuis notre arrive. Le serveur nous réponse que pour avoir le café il faut commander. Un autre jeune homme arrive avec la carafe de café mais pas de tasses. Aucun ustensiles est sur la table suite à notre commande. Nous recevrons nos plats & toujours sans ustensiles. Puis nous avons été remis un verre de plastique (voir image) avec ceux ci a l'intérieur reçu sale voir le couteau sur les images . Dégueulasse !!! Mon enfant se fait dire que quelque chose vient à boire avec son menu, on commande un chocolat chaud , le serveur disparaît & ne revient pas je le mentionne à une autre jeune serveuse qui l'apporte aussi tot. Les Repas terminés nous attendons la facture & une autre attente de 15 min. Nous mettons nos manteaux & finalement ils se réveillent.Nous ne retournerons JAMAIS nous sommes allez uniquement car CORA a l'autre coin de rue est en reno.
