The food was delicious, but the service wasn't good. The waitress practically didn't talk to us; we'd ask for something & she'd just bring it without saying anything or being polite, after ignoring us a couple of times.

Je suis très déçu(e) de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. Le service était extrêmement lent, ce qui a rendu l'attente vraiment désagréable. De plus, le personnel manquait clairement de professionnalisme : les employés passaient plus de temps à parler de leur vie personnelle qu'à s'occuper des clients.
Quant à la gestion, elle laisse sérieusement à désirer. La gérante ne semblait pas concernée par les clients & ne faisait aucun effort pour améliorer la situation. Franchement, je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
Accueil chaleureux & un service amical d'un très gentil jeune homme, très respectueux & expressif dans sa manière de parler. Si j'aurais a juger ce restaurant, que le positif sortirait de ma bouche.

Extremely disappointing experience at L'Oeufrier - 1970 Boulevard Le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1.
When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all, yet we waited 10-15 minutes to be seated despite plenty of available tables. There was no proper greeting. Instead of being guided to a table, a waitress simply pointed from across the room & said,'Sit here.' Not welcoming or professional at all.
Once seated, we weren't offered water, coffee, or even acknowledged for another 20 minutes. We had to ask multiple times just to receive basic drinks - coffee, water, & lemonade - & even then, they were brought very slowly. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there.
After finally placing our order, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. During that time, employees were sitting right next to us eating their own meals. I completely understand that staff members need breaks - that's normal & reasonable. However, eating in the dining area directly beside paying customers, while talking loudly, using inappropriate language, & openly counting & flashing tip money, is extremely unprofessional.
They made eye contact with us several times while we were clearly still waiting for service. It felt dismissive & uncomfortable. If staff are taking breaks or discussing tips & personal matters, that should be done in the back, not beside customers who are waiting to be served.
The staff never checked on us once to ask if everything was okay. The food itself was mediocre at best. On top of everything, we were charged for a regular coffee, which many breakfast restaurants include with a meal.
Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, & highly unprofessional. We did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one.
I would not recommend this location & will not be returning.

I visited L'Oeufrier on Boulevard Corbusier in Laval with my family, & it was a wonderful experience!
I had their smoked meat poutine with spicy hollandaise sauce, & it was absolutely delicious - rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced with just the right kick. I also discovered their Emilia Sauce, which was excellent with eggs, fries, & more. My family enjoyed their dishes as well; everything was freshly prepared, generous in portion, & full of flavor.
The restaurant is very clean, well-organized, & family-friendly. The staff were welcoming, attentive, & made sure our experience was comfortable & enjoyable.
Overall, L'Oeufrier is a top spot in Laval for breakfast, brunch, or even a hearty poutine. I highly recommend it!
La nourriture était excellente, les patates maison & le jambon maison sont délicieux. Toutefois, le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'expérience. Le serveur était très accueillant au départ & la commande a été prise avec un sourire, mais la suite n'a pas suivi. On ne nous a jamais proposé du café ensuite ni vérifié si tout était bien. La cuisine était plutôt lente également : plus de 35min d'attente pour nos assiettes.
Je croyais que tout les oeufrier avait le même menu, les mêmes aliments. Très déçu de celui-ci au niveau des aliments. Les 3 étoiles vont a la serveuse & au gentil garçon qui nous a bien accueilli. Le meilleurs oeufrier ce trouve a Blainville sur Côte St-louis a Blainville.
Toujours excellente la nourriture. Par contre a chaque fois que j'y fais, très rarement j'ai des rechau de café sans le demander. Aujourd'hui dimanche matin, on est 5 clients dans le resto, il y a 4 employés en avant. J'ai jamais eu de rechau de café en 1h. Une des serveuse étais assis sur une chaise à rien faire au lieu de faire des ronde & s'assurer d'un bon service.
