On passait dans le secteur de mont tremblant pendant notre périple canadien, & avons décider (en avance...suite à avis) de faire la pause repas ici. C'est là que j'ai mangé ma meilleur poutine du séjour (je n'en ai pas mangé tout les jours, mais en 3
semaines, j'en ai fait 4-5...). je vais résumer les points forts :
- des produits de qualités dans les assiettes (ah ce fromage dans la poutine....)
- De plus les produits, selon le cas de figure, sont travaillés...avec du gout ! (par exemple dans la poutine, toujours & encore, les poivrons, champignons était persillés &
cuit à part. Ce n'était pas des frites mais des petites patates sautées).
- Portions généreuses
- Service simple, mais efficace, en mode sympa sans chichi inutile...comme j'aime.
Si on repasse dans le coin, on revient!

Potatoes are not good, they have too much spices & poutine is not what it is meant to be. Onion soup not good, can be removed. Sandwiches are ok.
Service is nice & friendly. The ppacr has a nice vibe.

Amazing food, amazing service, went there for a poutine, the poutine was amazing, best poutine I had in my life. Will go again whenever I am in mount tremblant again.
