Stopped here after skiing at Tremblant & I can't believe how amazing was the selection & the prices were awesome as well. Not like some of those newly overpriced bakery.

Leurs galettes de rois excellentes (les commander 24h en avance).
Point important: ils congélent (surgélation) les grandes patisseries pour 4-8 personnes (Paris Brest), il faut juste laisser décongeler pendent 3h avant & le résultat est excellent, la pate à chou reste très bonne (j'étais surpris je dois dire). Donc pas de souci :)

Vraiment déçue par les desserts/pâtisseries. Les gâteaux étaient secs & donnaient une impression très industrielle. Le tiramisu était particulièrement décevant : sec, avec un goût presque uniquement de gâteau imbibé de café, sans la texture ni la saveur typiques d'un vrai tiramisu. Le forêt noir était lui aussi sec, avec très peu de cerises (à peine deux morceaux) & un goût qui ne semblait pas frais. Le seul dessert acceptable était le Palais Royal, mais il s'agit essentiellement d'une mousse, & d'un croquant aux noisettes donc plus difficile à rater.
Au prix qu'ils étaient , je m'attendais à quelque chose de frais & fait maison .
Très belle boulangerie-pâtisserie ! Le personnel est super accueillant, poli & respectueux. Il y a beaucoup de choix de viennoiseries, de pains & de gâteaux. Si vous cherchez une bonne boulangerie à Tremblant ou Mont-Tremblant, Les Moulins La Fayette est la bonne adresse !
Un accueil chaleureux, un service parfait & de la nourriture savoureuse. Il est fort agréable de manger sur place à l'intérieur ou sur la terrasse. On offre aussi divers produits dont de magnifique chocolat. On peut aussi se rapporter du prêts à manger si on veut se gâter.
Une très bonne boulangerie avec un personnel tres accueillant & sympathique. Les produits sont de qualité comme une boulangerie-pâtisserie française! Je recommande

Very pricey, especially for being sold frozen stuff unknowingly. We were told to take the cake-like pastry out 1hr before serving (we left it on the counter for 2 hours) & the center is frozen. If we would've been told we were buying frozen pastry, at that price, we would have walked out the door.
This bakery is a true gem! The breads & pastries are always fresh & full of flavor, & the coffee is absolutely delicious-rich, smooth, & satisfying. The staff is warm & welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. There are plenty of spots to sit, both inside & outside, so you can relax & enjoy your coffee at your own pace. A perfect place for a cozy break or a casual catch-up with friends!
