This is cheap & cheerful food. With that said the food is quite reasonable & we were happy to pay for a meal that was quick. It's nice to sit down.
With this in mind I would say ok.

Rude lady owner! We been ordering food for a while, because is the only Chinese restaurant in the area! The food is average, the owner is rude specially by phone .
If you can't manage stress don't be in the business of service!

Jamais jamais de réponse quand ont appel ce restaurant. Sur le site inter il dise qu'il y a livraison mais j'en doute. Service à St-Jovite = pas de service du tout
