Review Summary

Lina Restaurant Express receives praise as an authentic Asian option in a small village, offering generous portions and affordable prices. Meals are described as excellent with a wide range of choices and courteous staff who help with selections. It is seen as a solid choice for a quick lunch, with portions large enough to share or satisfy two people. The Cantonese noodles and other dishes like General Tao are popular, though some diners note the General Tao sauce can be a touch sweet and the batter a bit thick. The portions, including combos, come in containers that are surprisingly large, often rivaling or exceeding what is found in larger cities. The overall impression is fresh, tasty, and good value, with friendly service and a straightforward dine in experience rather than fine dining. Some reviews mention that comparisons to Toronto or Montreal restaurants are not appropriate for this small village setting. The restaurant is described as busy at times, reflecting its strong local following and reliable quality.

I went here in July 2025, this is a very solid 3.5 or 4 stars. Considering where it is & the availability of ingredients.

People on the reviews comparing it to Chinese food in Toronto or MTL are just ridiculous. You have an actual Chinese restaurant in the small village of Tremblant, you expect to get top tier Chinese food?

I ordered the Shanghai Noodles & Combo A1. The noodles are pretty much what you would expect. We asked for it without onions & they easily accommodated. The A1 was General Tao with rice, vegetables & a egg roll with soup.

The amount of food you get at this place is huge. People want to compare to Toronto? The containers they give is probably twice the size of the containers we get in Toronto. & with the extra sides that came with Combo A1 it was just a ridiculous amount of food for $17.

I liked it here more than at Thaizone.
