It's on June 13, 1983 that the dream became reality: The Restaurant le Vieux Four de Laval, located in the small village of St-Vincent-de-Paul warmly welcomed a clientele which has since remained faithful.

Mr. Manago is from the Italian province of Reggio Calabria, more precisely the small town of Palmi. It's from here that he got his taste for wood oven pizza, fresh and natural produce, a tasty and refined cuisine, which he offers us at Le Vieux Four.

This Italian restaurant is a family affair: M. Manago has always been accompanied and supported by his wife and their four children. All of them have put their heart in it; the hopes of the family were great. The instant success of le Vieux Four beat all expectations. This restaurant today is an institution and is renowned for the quality of its food and hospitality that it receives. It is with pride and determination that Mari France Manago, surrounded by a strong team, took over this great adventure and hopes that this institution will remain an unforgettable destination for a very long time.

Un incontournable! Nous y allons depuis des années, toujours les mêmes propriétaires, qui se font un plaisir de vous accueillir. Petit, chaleureux & convivial, on y mange bien. Ma préférence, la pizza au four Cambare. Crevettes & ail, délicieuse! Pour le dîner ou le souper, toujours agréable & bon service.

Petit restaurant à découvrir pour passer une très belle soirée en amoureux ou avec ses amis.. le plat vedette pour moi pizza cuit au four de bois( un très bonne sélection de vin & de bière locale & importer)👍🍺🥂🍕

Nous adorons le vieux four, cela fait presque 20 ans que j'y vais (plus jeune & maintenant adulte) . La pizza au four a bois est excellente. Ils sont retirés la salade italienne avec fromage & jambon, ainsi que leur fameuse sauce italienne du menu. Quelle tristesse! Endroit propre & bien aménagé ! C'est chaleureux! Équipe superbe & la depuis le jour 1. Je recommande fortement: en couple, entre amis, en famille & pour un party !

De la vraie pizza au four!! Super bonne! Le service de notre serveur, Arthur, était super & courtois. L'endroit a une belle ambiance, mais c'est un peu trop bruyant à mon goût, faut dire que c'était un samedi soir. La nourriture était très bonne, portion correcte, mais les prix sont élevés.

Repas d'anniversaire. Nous étions 30 personnes. Le menu de groupe a été apprécié. Les portions étaient généreuses & surtout tout était excellent (pizzas, entrées à partager, le poulet, le veau). Le service était parfait. Merci!
