We came up from the US for a visit, & going to Restaurant Le Vieux Four was the best decision we made! The atmosphere & vibe here are so nice & relaxing. The food was out of this world. We had the chicken florentine & the carbonara. Seriously, that carbonara is hands down the BEST carbonara I have ever eaten in my life. A massive shoutout to our server,'Josee'. She was fantastic, so friendly, attentive, & went totally above & beyond for us. Only wish we lived closer so we could eat here all the time. Whenever we make it back to Mont-Tremblant, we will 100% be coming back. Thank you Josee & the kitchen team for such an amazing dinner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This has become my go-to Italian restaurant whenever I'm in Mont-Tremblant. Whether I'm visiting for skiing or cycling, I always try to stop here for a meal. I've been several times now & it continues to be one of my favourites.

They make their dough & pasta in-house, & the stone-oven pizza is definitely worth trying. I highly recommend the pizza, but personally, the chicken Alfredo pasta is my favourite. It's rich, creamy & comforting - exactly the kind of meal I look forward to after a long day.

My friend ordered the veal with pasta & thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. The portions are generous, & I love the old-school, hearty Italian feel of the food.

The wine & desserts are always a treat as well & a great way to finish the meal.

The restaurant itself is a little dated, but I think that adds to its character & culture. It has that traditional, unpretentious Italian restaurant atmosphere that fits the food perfectly.

During this particular visit, there was an issue with the city water supply, so we had to purchase drinks. Obviously, that's outside the restaurant's control, so I certainly wouldn't hold it against them.

If you're visiting Tremblant & looking for good, comforting Italian food, this is one I happily recommend. I've returned multiple times for a reason, & I'll be back again on my next trip. 5 stars.
