It's on June 13, 1983 that the dream became reality: The Restaurant le Vieux Four de Laval, located in the small village of St-Vincent-de-Paul warmly welcomed a clientele which has since remained faithful.

Mr. Manago is from the Italian province of Reggio Calabria, more precisely the small town of Palmi. It's from here that he got his taste for wood oven pizza, fresh and natural produce, a tasty and refined cuisine, which he offers us at Le Vieux Four.

This Italian restaurant is a family affair: M. Manago has always been accompanied and supported by his wife and their four children. All of them have put their heart in it; the hopes of the family were great. The instant success of le Vieux Four beat all expectations. This restaurant today is an institution and is renowned for the quality of its food and hospitality that it receives. It is with pride and determination that Mari France Manago, surrounded by a strong team, took over this great adventure and hopes that this institution will remain an unforgettable destination for a very long time.

Redécouverte d'un resto que j'ai visité régulièrement lors de mon enfance il y a une trentaine d'années, je n'ai pas été déçu! Décor sublime, la nourriture était très savoureuse, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bon voir un très bon resto. Un prix un peu e?leve sans être absurde. Le stationnement est difficile à trouver.

L'établissement a fait une erreur sur ma commande & m'a offert un article valant 10$ sur ?le menu pour compenser.

Les pizza sont très bonnes, sauces en particulier & croûte mince cuite à la perfection ce qui justifie les prix demandés.
Par contre, les boissons sont vendus trop cher. Un verre de bière générique (Richard's red) à 10$ (pas une pinte, mais un verre)! Vin au verre le moins cher à 15$. & aucune vin italien.
J'hésiterais à un retourner pour cette raison. Ça fait gonfler la facture inutilement. Dommage.

Tout d'abord ..je suis client depuis plus de 20 ans & j'estimais qualité & prix plus que raisonnable Je suis sorti avec ma femme le 22 mars pour célébrer nos anniversaire respectifs le 27 & 29 mars.Quel désarroi musique disco a tue tete fettucine gigi entrecoupé de corn stach (c'était très prononcé,)Mon fils était allé le vendredi avec sa cocotte & les tortolinis goûtait seulement le beurre ..étrange je ne le croyais pas .bref déception totale.La famille au grand complet n'y retournera plus.Bien dommage.la famille Henrichon

Nous avons très bien mangé moi & ma femme. Le service est excellent . Le prix peut être un peu cher pour certain mais la qualité est au rendez vous. Faut réserver le resto est plein & si vous avez de la difficulté a marché prévoir avoir un lift parce que le stationnement est petit.

Bonne cuisine pizza au four à bois délicieuse , belle ambiance, prix pour un petit verre de vin rouge ou blanc de base beaucoup trop élevés ($14 & plus ) ils devraient revenir à offrir du vin "maison" à des formats & prix nettement plus abordables !

C'est trop cher ; les portions (viande, calamar) sont petites à notre goût . Ça ne justifie pas le prix. On quitte le resto & on a encore faim.

Le service était parfait. On m'a dépannée tout de suite pour recharger mon téléphone. Le tartare était particulièrement bien préparé. Je me suis régalée. Bon rapport qualité-prix prix. Pause très agréable.

De la vraie pizza au four!! Super bonne! Le service de notre serveur, Arthur, était super & courtois. L'endroit a une belle ambiance, mais c'est un peu trop bruyant à mon goût, faut dire que c'était un samedi soir. La nourriture était très bonne, portion correcte, mais les prix sont élevés.
