Food ,service & attention to detail are all excellent. The bistro menu on weekdays maintains the quality at an affordable price. No background music is a plus.
Many smaller rooms means the noise level is much lower so you can enjoy you own conversation

Today I finally visited this, in my opinion, legendary restaurant. Before this, I had several unsuccessful attempts to reserve a table for the dates I wanted, but unfortunately, it was always fully booked. & today I succeeded. 😊
What can I say? A very, very beautiful interior, creating a feeling of luxury & coziness at the same time. Many paintings, beautiful furniture, truly interesting French music that perfectly complements the atmosphere. 🎶
The waiters are friendly, very hospitable, they know the menu inside & out & can perfectly pair drinks with any dish, making the choice even more enjoyable. 🍷
The food is magnificent, each dish is a work of art. The presentation truly deserves a separate compliment, & the flavors are simply fire! 🔥 Special thanks to the chef for their mastery. 👨?🍳
In short, I am very happy to have visited this restaurant, & I highly recommend it if you want to taste outstanding French cuisine & enjoy an unforgettable evening. 👍

I really loved the experience in the restaurant! The service was amazing from the beginning, also was glad to get little complimentary appetisers. The meal was delicious, service was very attentive, also in the restaurant was very calm with not too loud music. That was perfect for celebrating our wedding anniversary. WOW WOW WOW Our first but won't be our last time having dinner there, from the moment we walked in until we walked out we were so impressed, this restaurant works as a team, we were greeted as soon as we walked in Stephane our main waiter for the evening was fantastic, I've never recieved a beer so fast, the stuffed figs with Goat cheese was to die for. My wife & I had 2 different lamb choices, best Rack of Lamb I have ever had, & I have had many. Cant comment on the desserts has we were full from our dinner. Will be returning & would definetly recommend to others, MUST STOPView more

via LibroI had high hopes for this restaurant. The location, ambiance & service were all special but unfortunately the food missed the mark. We were a party of 4 & we all ordered a version of steak frites. The steaks were burnt on the outside. We aren't talking charred but fully burnt. The taste was horrible & we had to send two back for being rare when medium was requested. The crepes suzette were delicious, the wine selection decent but the four steaks were inedible & that dampened the evening. As a result we won't return & couldn't recommend this restaurant unless they replace the chef.

via LibroAll is there! We love to try French cuisine restaurants & my first choice is always at Le Surcouf. Quality price is hard to beat. Wine list is from a private reserve & prices are very reasonable. They have gluten free bread, flour etc no need to worry if you are celiac of simply intolerant to weat. reservations were easy would recommend to make them a few days before as the restaurant is always packed.
