Location is great next to the tracks & lift. Service really good. Food just ok. Nothing to die for just like every other place in tremblant in terms of food. Expensive.
We visited on Family Day weekend. It was very busy but service was efficient & food was excellent.
Le Shack is really nice themed, along with good food & great service. While it's pricey for what is offered, which shouldn't be a surprise at a ski resort, I can definitely recommend stopping in here for a bite during or after your day on the slopes. Wait staff is super bilingual, so no need to worry about that, & the variety of items on the menu is vast. Is it the greatest food in the world? No, definitely not. But it was very enjoyable. Tip: take an early lunch at 11am. You'll beat the rush that way.
We went during the ski season, so It was jam packed. But that did not compromise the service quality. While the food was only above average (not exceptional), great location & ambience makes up for it.
Merci Serana pour ton service impeccable & chaleureux. Tu as fait une différence dans notre soirée!
We came twice on our ski vacation. The first time, we ended up leaving after waiting a long time to get served. The second time, service was quick. The bar has a nice patio with heat lamps, which is nice after skiing. Have eaten in the past & it was OK.
Churn & burn generic tourist spot. Service is apathetic at best. Much better options with heart elsewhere.
Food was great. The poutine is bomb. everything is good except its always busy. The service is terrible. All the waiters have a hearing defect & another waiter ignored me when i asked for something & walked away. The same worker said that there weren't any raspberry milkshakes, i asked another worker & i got it ordered no problem.
Very pretty interior & the staff were nice, however the food had a very fastfood feel to it , wasn't anything special considering the way the place looks , the cost is also not great but it's probably like that due to the convenience of location at mont tremblant. Everything was very rushed
Came here twice in one day. First was for a midday break to have a beer & the place was pretty busy. Waited an uncomfortably long time at the door but not a big deal as the servers were hustling to flip tables & get everyone in. Our first server was okay, greeted us quickly & got our drink order & then didn't see her again until I finally could flag her down to get the bill. Came back later in the day & had much more attentive service since it wasn't as busy. Always made sure we had beer! Can't comment on the food since we only had an order of fries but they were great. If you're looking for a place to have pitchers of beer this is it!
Got the nachos & the sliders. Sliders were delicious! Didn't realize there were 3 different kinds when we ordered, but all were great! 1 was a regular burger, then there was a brie/arugula burger, & lastly a bacon burger. Nachos were regular, but go them with cheese & salsa. Overall nice experience when you're looking to be by the slopes in the action. Good service too!
The atmosphere is nice, but noisy The food is expensive compared to the price.
The food is okay but the management is very bad to employees. I would rather give money to McDonald's.
