Le Réservoir comes through as a lively brewery restaurant with a superb local beer selection and a menu that shines in its small plates and crowd pleasing sandwiches. Reviewers praise the variety of beers, from IPAs and cream ales to stouts, plus tasty cocktails like espresso martinis, and many note brunch items such as eggs Benedict as excellent. The food is often described as delicious and refined, though portions can be small for the price. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a wonderful terrace and friendly, attentive service, and the location on the Plateau with easy access to the Duluth area is repeatedly highlighted for its Montreal vibe. While some critiques mention occasional service gaps or dishes that don’t quite hit the mark, the overall impression is strong: a go to spot for beer lovers and casual meals where the beer, the ambiance, and the staff shine, with the chicken sandwich and salmon tartare among the standout bites.
Super bon bar !
What a fun place. Perfect music choice all night & the best stout I had in a long time. Came for 2 beers but it was an all night event. The Bitter also super solid! Great beers!!
Such a vibrant & cool brewery pub on Plateau. The service is excellent. The selection of beers, small plates & appetizers is great for sharing. I was sitting on a patio & the vibes to feel Montreal are amazing!
Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I simply enjoyed the scenery, good weather, beautiful people.
It was a nice place to stop at just right off the busy street but not sure I would come back. Chicken sandwich was okay & their special of the day was an interesting take on the BLT. Whatever sauce they had doused it in was delicious although quite difficult & messy to eat. That said, portions were quite small for the price point.
Great service. Lovely area & the server was knowledgeable about the wine list. She helped me choose a beautiful white. We spent the day there & never felt rushed. Highly recommend this spot & their small bites!
