Extremely nice staff
Baby/toddler friendly
Great beer & excellent food

Get the garlic snails with corn tempura. All the reviews mention the fried chicken, which is very good but not very unique compared to a fried chicken sandwich anywhere else. The snails & corn however, are absolutely incredible. My wife & I kept checking in with each other that we were eating real food & not like, drugs. That's how good it is.

We shared quite a few plates & some flights of beer. Loved it all. The salmon tartare, chicken sandwich & tomato salad were our favorites.

After seeing the line wrapping around the block at Schwartz's Deli, we decided to wander a little farther & stumbled across Réservoir. What a great decision.

This place has everything I hope to find while traveling: creative food, outstanding house brewed beer, a relaxed neighborhood vibe, & genuinely friendly service. Nothing felt touristy. It felt like the kind of place locals actually come back to.

If you're debating whether to wait in a long line for a famous sandwich or enjoy a leisurely lunch with excellent food & drinks, don't overlook Réservoir. It ended up being one of our favorite meals in Montreal.

Highly recommend if you're exploring little Portugal

It was a nice place to stop at just right off the busy street but not sure I would come back. Chicken sandwich was okay & their special of the day was an interesting take on the BLT. Whatever sauce they had doused it in was delicious although quite difficult & messy to eat. That said, portions were quite small for the price point.

Beer selection is good but the food (small plates) is amazing. Try the lettuce, & chicken sandwich after a few beers. To die for!

I recently had a great time here at Reservoir. It was my first time visiting for lunch & I ended up trying a flight of four different beers as well as ordering the chicken sandwich. The beers were pretty good, I liked the blonde lager the most.

As far as the chicken sandwich goes, I believe this is hands down one of the greatest chicken sandwiches I've EVER had. Highly recommend getting this sandwich if you ever stop by for lunch or dinner, definitely a must if visiting.

The staff was very friendly, I was being helped out by Fred & Ales at the bar. Ales was very helpful when answering questions I had about the menu & specific recommendations &/or translations from the french terminology on the menu.

All in all, it was a great experience & I will definitely be back on my next trip to Montreal!
