Simply the best Ethopian cuisine west of Addis Ababa & north of Washington, DC. Amazing offerings, lovely ambience & superior service ... have had nothing but amazing times there for nearly 30 years. Highly recommend checking it out (or returning if you're already a devotee)!

Ma troisième fois à ce restaurant & je n'ai pas encore été déçue. Le Nil Bleu est un incontournable pour un repas végane exceptionnel! Tous ceux à qui j'ai recommandé ce restaurant ont été enchantés! Des saveurs exotiques qui nous font voyager sans sortir de Montréal, j'adore & j'en redemande!
Pour une deuxième visite, c'était encore une merveilleuse découverte de la cuisine éthiopienne. Le restaurant était très achalandé mais, malgré cela, les plats sont arrivés aussi goûteux & rapidement que s'ils n'avaient que nous à se préoccuper.
I was so impressed! I don't normally like exotic foods but I brought my partner there for his birthday & every bite l Took was absolutely delicious! Would recommend & would go again for sure!
Très bel accueil, le menu de dégustation pour deux était excellent & copieux. J'étais déçue de manquer le spectacle de jazz du vendredi & après l'avoir mentionné à la réception, ils ont demandé à un pianiste de jouer quelques pièces juste pour moi !!! Dommage qu'il y ait eu tant de bruit ( salle comble) il était difficile de l'entendre dans ce brou ha ha ....
Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant Le Nil bleu. Je le recommande chaleureusement

Absolutely amazing! We came here for a bachelorette & our party consisted of both vegans & non-vegans & everybody was blown away by the selection & how good the food was.
Highly recommend the tasting menu (both vegan & regular). Incredibly selection of dishes on both & they have a nice balance of protein & vegetables.
Live the Nil Bleu! Lots of flavours & soooo delicious! My favourite dishes are Tatare with 28 spices & the Beef cooked with onions & spices, woww! Highly recommend

Food & service was amazing! I came here for my birthday with two friends. Damien, our server, was awesome! He explains some of the dishes, told us about the Afro-Jazz nights on Fridays. Best service I've ever had! The restaurant is nicely decorated & clean. Highly recommended!!
3.5 étoiles. Je le recommande La nourriture est bonne, prix adéquat, belle endroit . Comme plusieurs nous y sommes allés avec le menu dégustation, Plus précisément celui avec de la viande. Pour vivre un immersion dans le monde de l'Éthiopie, ce n'est pas l'endroit du à l'apparence physique du restaurant & au manque de chaleur mis sur sur le service. Qui était par contre adéquat. Nous vous en faites pas, vous allez tout de même bien manger & gouter à l'Éthiopie. Ne pas oublier qu'il faut manger avec les mains si vous voulez vous rapprocher à une meilleure immersions.
C'était un restaurant accueillant, j'ai eu un service impeccable. Il y a eu quelque petits qui mon fait donner juste 4 étoiles, comme les factures qui était mélangé. JE recommande ce restaurant & j'y retournerai avec plaisir.
La nourriture était bonne mes invités ont adoré !
