Je suis tellement contente de pouvoir enfin trouver des desserts sans gluten sains pour notre famille & que ces desserts aient une consistance comparable aux produits de blé entier. La douceur d'une pâtisserie sans gluten est ce plaisir inédit pour les allergiques. J'ai goûté leur tarte au citron meringuée, un pur bonheur 😋

Absolutely love this bakery, all gluten free yet loved ones without gluten issues wouldn't even realize a difference. I love this bakery sooo much I've made two return trips all the way from the Toronto area. A visit to Montreal is incomplete without a visit to this place!
