I have NO clue what magic they use to make their chocolatines & croissants, but they're insane. Nothing I've ever had compares. The rest of their stuff is great too but holy crap

The gluten-free croissants are nice but not to put up with the attitude that you get when you go into the store, customer service sucks you spent $40 on two sandwiches. They have hardly any meat in them. You try & pick the croissant you like through the glass & they snappy at you, say they're all the same. For context the store was empty, the server went back their phone after they finished with us. You're told that you're not allowed to use the bathroom that it's only for employees. You would think that maybe stop by the table in an empty store & ask you how your cold sandwich was. What a joke..

One of the must stops for those who are gf. The old town location has friendly & courteous staff. I got a turkey crepe for a very late breakfast & I was full until dinner. The croissants are good & huge.
I got a few treats from the Villeray store & the mango cake slice was my favourite.

Depuis que j'ai appris que j'étais coeliaque, j'ai jamais eu autant de difficulté à trouver des desserts. Chaque fois qu'on est de passage à Montréal, c'est notre arrêt obligatoire.

Hands down the best gluten free croissants/pain au chocolate I've ever had. You can buy they in bulk frozen & take them home to enjoy. Their cakes & pastries are also very good. Quite pricey but full gluten free & celiac safe always is.

J'adore ! J'y suis déjà allée plusieurs fois & je recommande les yeux fermés : croissants aux amandes, muffin aux amandes, brownie & opéra sont mes favoris ! & 100% sans gluten.

I went to Montreal for my 1st anniversary & just had to come to this bakery again. It felt amazing to just sit & relax in a fully gluten free bakery. I had a croissant sandwich that was made fresh for me, & my husband had an almond croissant. The croissants are buttery & flakey like some sort of gluten free magic. Their baguettes & other sweet baked goods are also quite exquisite. I took some frozen turnovers for home too :D.

Definitely 100% recommend.

P.S. There is construction going on on the roads in front of the bakery until 2028 I believe, but don't let that deter you, its open & accessible.

Amazing gluten free pastries. I haven't had better croissants, amandines, or muffins that are gluten free anywhere else & they also have frozen pastries you can take & bake at home. I have been here a few times & sometimes the cases are fairly empty so I hope their business is doing well as I want to keep coming back!

I stopped by this lovely little bakery to pick up croissants to take home to the US for family members who can't eat gluten or dairy. The employee was friendly & helpful, & confirmed that everything in the shop is both GF & DF! Chose almond croissants, chocolate croissants & chocolate-almond croissants, as well as a bag of frozen plain croissants to bake at home. My family members absolutely loved everything!
