Ce resto a une belle varietes d'entrees, des dumplings chinois & des soupes aux nouilles @ choisir. Le service est rapide, efficace & chaleureux. I finished a very long shift on sunday that ended at 9pm & was severely craving some dumplings. Lotus Bleu was one of the only restaurants still open in the area so my coworker & I went here to eat a well deserved meal... When I tell you this is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at, I am not joking. I'm not very often impressed when I eat out so this is why I've decided to leave this review. I had the one with spicy tofu, mushrooms & chicken & omfg is this the best soup I've had in my entire life. Every single bite was absolutely heavenly.
