We ordered the half herbal chicken, which was apparently a regional specialty, & we find it very tasty as well.
The mainland Chinese students beside us seemed to be regulars. The place was packed for Thanksgiving Sunday so service a little slower.

Got a bunch of things. Highlights were hand pulled noodles all of the dumplings especially shrimp glass dumplings off dimsum menu. Rolled in at 8:30 with a party of 8 staff was very attentive & accompdating. Food was fresh & authentic. Definitely coming back next time I'm in MTL. Spacious Northern Chinese hand-pulled noodles restaurant. They have only 2 size of noodles. I tried their signature dish (the lamb noodle soup) with the #6 noodles & was quite disappointed. It lacked flavour & the noodles were thick & heavy. On the other hand, the spicy mushroom & chicken noodle soup was delicious & full of flavour. The #4 noodles were less thick & quite enjoyable.
