Our dinner at Lawrence was outstanding. The restaurant is perfectly sized to feel special & intimate without being cramped. All the staff we interacted with were so kind & knowledgeable. Our primary server recommended an excellent alcohol-free sparkling wine that suited the meal perfectly. We were blown away by every single dish. We have had tasting menus all over the world & it's very rare to come across one where every single course is a hit. One of the guests in our party had some dietary restrictions that the chef & team accommodated very well. We will absolutely be back & would recommend to everyone. Thank you for being the highlight of our stay in Montreal

Had a fantastic time enjoying the tasting menu on a Friday evening. Service was amazing, all of the food was so flavourful & cooked perfectly. We had a wonderful time.

An absolute must visit.
First of all, the ambiance is great. It's cozy, there was only one chef cooking in the kitchen. The staff is excellent & explain the menu perfectly.
But wow, I just didn't expect to love this place so so much. I think this may be one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in my life.
The dishes were so intricate & well thought out. The flavours, outstanding. I was absolutely stuffed at the end & remember thinking that I could eat it all again anyways.
Definitely definitely go here, this is a restaurant in Montreal you cannot miss.

Every dish is made in house or sourced with the best care, reflecting a deep respect for the ingredients & dedication to quality. 📌Scallop Crudo with carrot escabeche, ginger, & lime leaf: fresh & flavorful. 📌Raw Beef with anchovy, suet bun, & castelfranco: An unique & savory bite. 📌Chicken Liver & Heart Double Ravioli with yellowfoot chanterelles & artichoke: A delightful combination of earthy & rich flavors. 📌Kohlrabi Tortelli with sea urchin & cider: A creative blend of textures & a highlight on the menu. 📌Grilled Lamb with morcilla, borlotti beans, & pepperoncini: Perfectly seasoned & tender. 📌Bluefin Tuna Belly with whelks & matsutake rice: The whelks stole the show with their briny, sweet, & meaty texture. For dessert, the 📌Frozen Sheep's Milk Yogurt with roast quince, saffron, & walnut was earthy, delicate, & quickly became a favorite. Dining at Lawrence was a highlight of my visit to Montreal. The restaurant's tasting menu, accompanied by a perfectly matched selection of wines, offers a satisfyingly complete journey without feeling overwhelming. The service at Lawrence is impeccable - warm, welcoming, & attentive. The intimate space is so charming, & the food is exquisite; the desserts, in particular the kouign-amann, were fantastic. Lawrence offers not just a meal, but an experience that will draw me back to Montreal very soon!
