The scenery is very worldly & interesting. The staff was great to talk to. The beef is the best I've ever tasted & this is coming from someone who has tried $1000 kobe beef in Japan! The owner is also a very interesting & kind person. Highly recommended!
This place is fantastic! Service was excellent, & every dish was spot on. We shared two orders the escargot & they split it up individually for us. Duck, lamb shank, shrimp & beef rib, all super yummy. Will definitely return next time in Montreal.
Would have loved to have gone here while we were in town, but with no phone number on the website we wandered over only to find a sign taped to the door that they were closed for a month. It would have been great if the website could have put a note about that up on their website. Otherwise, we're excited to visit again in the future.
We had 2 wonderful dinners here while in Montreal. The service was excellent & all of our food was delicious. The owner treats everyone like family. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Not only does the delicious meal make you feel amazing, but the sincere conversation with Mr. Kazim enhances the experience even further. I haven't had such a delicious French Onion soup even in Paris. If you truly want to taste exquisite meals in a great atmosphere, where you & your meal are genuinely cared for, & you are a nice person (this is a requirement to get in :) ), you must visit this place. Thank you for such a great experience ❤️
Brought my better half there to celebrate a couple months ago & forgot to leave a review 🍾 Our bar seats were nicely set-up with linens & proper utensils. We were both impressed with every dish. The live piano was a fun atmosphere. The fresh flower bouquets were impressive. Got to meet the chef & also the owner, & since we sat at the bar, I had a drink with the devil 😈 I don't think this is a good place for snobby people or cheap people or abusive people with mental problems, they'll probably refuse to serve you (hence the 1 star reviews). If you're a normal person who enjoys life & have money for a 4 course meal with high-end wine, this place is totally awesome.
Our first visiting. Excellent service, all the staff are friendly & helpful, so does the manger. We ordered salmon & they are well cooked & tasty, the portion is also generous. Absolutely enjoyed the dinner & would recommend.
The food was really good. Furthermore, The owner was very polite & friendly. Really enjoyed it & recommended.
This is our first time visiting, & I can confidently say it's beyond a 5-star experience. Everything was perfect - the food, hospitality, & the "old man" owner is incredibly kind & generous. I'll definitely be coming back.
Stumbled upon this restaurant on a walk from our hotel. The proprietor, Kazim was an absolute delight. He made us feel like we were dining in his home. The escargot in a garlicky, mushroom cream sauce was delicious. The rack of lamb was cooked perfectly with an herb crust.
We had a great meal. The manager/owner was delightful. Despite other reviews. Will definitely return next trip to Montréal
Had a lovely time dining at L’Autre Saison , & it was definitely one of my most memorable experiences in Montreal. I will be sure to visit whenever I am back in Montreal.
Miss smile from the boss or the manager that day . He wasn’t friendly
