I love restaurants like this, they specialize in something & make it to perfection, simple menu yet incredibly tasty. I had before flamkuchen but this is the real deal, we felt we visited Alsace for a bite, super cozy place to eat & very reasonable pricing. Thank you

Service impeccable. Le personnel est souriant, courtois & sympathique. Le cuisinier est même venu nous voir à la table. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. Restaurant simple, mais tellement charmant. Les plats sont vraiment goûteux & savoureux! Nous reviendrons manger assurément.

Excellentes flammerkueches, avons essayé 4 sortes, toutes delicieuses. Service impeccable, prix plus que convenables, endroit très propre. À refaire & nous recommandons fortement à tous d'y aller, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Superbes tartes flambées, j'y reviens régulièrement, ambiance & accueil chaleureux grâce au patron. Un bon endroit où s'arrêter manger entre deux visites de vignobles.

The flamekueches are delicious. The Pretzels as well on Sundays! The host & staff are very friendly & prices reasonable. A place we like to go to have lunch/dinner or take-out.

Je part souvent de Boucherville les fins de semaine simplement pour aller manger chez l'Ami Fritz... Chaque fois je me rapelle de mon voyage en Alsace. Les flammekueche sont authentiques & délicieuses & que dire des importations de vins & du service. Un petit trésor à découvrir si vous allez à Bromont. Je reviens bientôt ;)
