Daily fresh is not only a philosophy, it's a promise. Early every morning, our kitchen staff is hard at work preparing a wide variety of recipes. We start by baking an array of muffins, cookies and pastries while prepping other morning favorites such as yogurt parfaits and fresh fruit salads. Then we begin to prepare at least 6 salads for the day, completely from scratch, as well as 2 soups of the day. At the same time we are lining up the day's selection of sandwiches, again made fresh in our kitchen, using only the freshest of deli meats and vegetables, our signature sauces and artisan breads. When you walk into a la prep location, no matter what time of the day, our daily fresh offerings and significant variety of products are all on display. The choice is yours, enjoy! Bought a couple of sandwiches from them a few times. They are okay: not the worst, but terribly overpriced.
The guy is very greedy, though!
One time I was going back from work feeling very sick: got food poisoning or something.
They were still open, so I asked this guy for a cup of water to get the medicine down. He gave it to me, & then told me that the cup costs 25 cents.
TWENTY FIVE CENTS, can you believe it?
Gave him a dollar & will never ever get anything from this scrudge ever again.

I absolutely love this healthy sandwich place! The owner is incredibly friendly & always makes you feel welcome. The sandwiches are not only delicious but also made with fresh, quality ingredients. It's my go-to spot for a satisfying & wholesome meal. Highly recommend!
