Bought a couple of sandwiches from them a few times. They are okay: not the worst, but terribly overpriced.
The guy is very greedy, though!

One time I was going back from work feeling very sick: got food poisoning or something.
They were still open, so I asked this guy for a cup of water to get the medicine down. He gave it to me, & then told me that the cup costs 25 cents.
TWENTY FIVE CENTS, can you believe it?

Gave him a dollar & will never ever get anything from this scrudge ever again.
