On a positive note, the « everything » bagel was tasty & not soggy 😊

This place has the best bagels in Montreal:)) I love it! I just wanted to mention a change which I've noticed during my last couple of visits unfortunately. The coffee quality has dramatically decreased :( It used to taste a lot stronger! The cappuccino was made with more than 3/4 of the cup being milk foam which was super unusual, specially for my favorite bagel place in the city:(( Plus, the Americano didn't taste as always (I've been giving it another chance for about 3-4 times lately as I thought it might have been because of a temporary issue). Please pay attention to that matter, I looooove this place !!
Great little story in the middle of a very busy mall. It gets quite crowded but great selection of bagels. I had the smoked salmon which was delicious!
First time here! & wow - it's been a long time since I've had bagels this good.
I tried customized salmon with cream cheese
& Brie turkey chipotle & both were absolutely delicious. Fresh, generous, & perfectly balanced flavors.
On top of that, the staff were super friendly & very welcoming, which really made the experience even better.
Highly recommended - I'll definitely be back!
We drove all the way here to get fresh bagels & they gave us yesterday's bagels. We requested hot & they said they were made this morning. & it clearly didn't taste like it was made this morning. Next time listen to your clients requests instead of playing with old products that will tarnish your brand. Will never come back to this place ever again.

We came to La Fabrique de Bagel to grab a quick breakfast with coffee. We ended up ordering custom sandwiches so, it took a little longer to prepare but, the staff was very diligent & helpful. Overall, the bagels & the coffees were pretty good.
I don't know what happened. Usually, everything tastes okay. But yesterday bagel was more on the burnt side & I got a stomach ache after. Maybe it was an off day or there was a new staff member.
Ordered via Uber Eats. We got the Saumon Classique, the B.L.T. & Egg sandwich, & the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast bagel. Everything was really tasty, fresh, & satisfying. You can tell they put care into the quality. That said, it did feel a little overpriced for the portion size. Still, a solid treat if you're craving a good Montreal-style bagel!
