Visiting Montreal from the States. Had a delicious Everything bagel with Bluet (blueberry) cream cheese. Also ate a ham & egg bagel sandwich. So delicious! Their raspberry juice was very fresh. I will definitely return before my vacation ends! ❤️

La Fabrique is a fantastic spot for bagel lovers! They have an impressive selection of different bagels. The woman working there was kind & incredibly helpful, recommending the most popular options & the best choices. The service was fast, & I really appreciated her guidance. Overall, it's a great place to grab a delicious bagel, & I can't wait to go back!
Got the lobster bagel & while it was exceptional, the poster advertising it showed that it was with avocado, but the girl who helped me didnt add any (she might have been new). Otherwise, this place has some original sweet snacks & a very wide array of cream cheese spreads. Would go again!
Je suis allée dîner vendredi J'ai pris un bagel préparé au saumon fumé & à l'avocat J'ai fait ajouter un fromage à la crème aux noix & au miel. Ce fut le meilleur bagel 🥯 que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie... Les goûts, les saveurs, les textures... Tout y était! Miam Vous êtes mon nouveau resto de bagel à Montréal
Je sais reconnaître un bon café & je peux dire qu'ils savent ce qu'ils font! Les bagels sont délicieux & frais, ils proposent un large choix de fromages à la crème & de sandwichs. Le personnel est sympathique & la propriétaire sait accueillir au mieux ses clients. Je le conseille à tous !!
I have been living in Montreal for many years & have never tasted bagels like those ones. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL!!! The staff, the service, the food , everything is amazing. This place is always filled with loving people who give a warm welcome! I have been coming to this spot for a while & it never disappoints😉😉

The service was pretty good & the staff was friendly. I ordered the bagel with salmon & brie. Unfortunately the bagel was stale & the salmon was not fresh. The color on the tip of the salmon was on the darker side & the texture was a bit tough & dry. It's unfortunate as my past experience was good.
Was my first time in Montreal & I stayed in a hotel close to this shop . I was told my concierge to get the bagels from this place. I arrived in the morning & picked some bagels to go & also wanted to try to local favourite ( salmon & cream bagel). The person who served was polite & friendly . There were few options to pick from . I wouldn't say they are anywhere close to New York bagels but again I have just tried this place. They were still good though . The place wasn't busy so there was no wait time .
Hier, après avoir fait mes courses à Bonaventure, je me suis arrêté à la fabrique de bagel Montréal située à Bonaventure La Gauchetière pour profiter de leur formule trio (sandwich, salade & smoothie). C'était une expérience gustative inoubliable, surtout avec le sandwich au crabe & à l'avocat accompagné du smoothie pomme, épinard & avocat.
