I had dinner here last night unexpectedly with two friends. The service was polite & friendly but slow. Once ordered I will say that our food did arrive within a reasonable time.
One of my friends ordered a ginger ale with the meal which had an unpleasant taste; by the time she got a replacement (after having to ask twice) she was almost finished her meal. We were seated in a raised booth near the front door, far from the majority of diners & it seems we were mostly forgotten despite it being only moderately busy, as far as I could see.
The food was nice but nothing special IMO & a bit overpriced. I'd only come back if these friends want to do so, since they each wanted to order what the other had.
Lastly, it would be helpful if there were at least a handful of printed menus with full descriptions on offer. Not everybody has a working cellphone available with them all the time, so two of us has to use our third friend's phone to choose our meals which slowed things down even more, & none of us were able or willing to pay by the restaurant's app either. The QR system should be mentioned on the website so potential diners know what to expect. IF we come back again we'll be sure to chose what we want before leaving home.
Une serveuse tout simplement exceptionnelle. Anncy est incroyablement serviable, attentionnée & drôle, ce qui a rendu toute l'expérience encore plus agréable. Elle prend vraiment le temps avec les clients, toujours avec le sourire & une belle énergie. En tant que cliente, c'est honnêtement l'une des meilleures expériences de service que j'ai vécues. Anncy est une vraie pépite & fait toute la différence 😊

Restaurant-bar sportif. Nous avons été impressionnés par le menu! Ma salade Capitaine Tao était tout simplement extraordinaire. À l'arrivée, du popcorn est servi gratuitement - une touche agréable. Le poke au saumon est super bon! La bière est bien froide & servie rapidement. Le stationnement est facile, & l'endroit est également accessible à pied depuis le métro.
Un peu cher pour la bière & le repas, mais tu peux manger du popcorn toute la soirée en regardant du sport! Le métro n'est pas trop loin & il y a du stationnement.

Probablement pas une des meilleures succursales…
Nous y sommes allés pour un lunch en famille dimanche dernier, il y avait vraiment peu de monde: nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois pour les popcorns, il y avait une tv éteinte à côté de nous & nous n'étions pas bien positionnés pour voir les autres (peu nombreuses comme vu dans d'autres commentaires); nous avons demandé s'il était possible de l'allumer - le serveur a dit qu'il allait voir avec son manager, nous attendons toujours. Nos pressions ont mis du temps à arriver. & le supplément de ~6$ pour les frites de patate douce n'a jamais été mentionné par le serveur (semble pratique courante basé sur d'autres commentaires).
Le personnel est très gentil néanmoins, mais bon…
Food quality is mediocre at best - it is just not worth the price.
1) 33 bucks for peppercorn sauce steak - perhaps the worst steak of my life. All the things that were wrong with it:
- it was lukewarm (ew!)
- not seasoned enough
- did not have the'smoky' flavor
- was very hard to cut + chew.
- Fries that came with it were soggy & extremely salty.
2) 29 bucks for salmon tataki - fish was way too salty for my partner's taste.
3) MOST IMPORTANT THING - the beers! I found they tasted great - but it took forever to bring them to our table (even though we ordered them right away). To give you a better idea of a waiting time - they came 1-2 mins before food! & that is for a sports bar setting ;0 Our server asked if all is good with our meal by the time we were half finished with it. Again, that is a very long wait time based on my experience.
4) As for the atmosphere - The floors were very dirty - popcorn droppings everywhere. Also I found there were too many kids on that particular evening.

C'est très bruyant (soir de match ) , il y a beaucoup de monde ! Mais une bonne ambiance . Nous avons fait un très bon repas, pas très raffiné, mais très bon & généreusement servi . Malgré tout le personnel est souriant & le service efficace & rapide . A faire !!
Last night, the waiter approached the question of bills quite late (near the last fight), which didn't allow us to scan our apps(he also didn't ask & just handed out all the bills).
On another occasion, my the total on my gift card was taken by default when my bill was less than the amount of the gift card. The waitress didn't know how to process gift cards, no option to tip, nothing. Just the whole balance taken.
Sat around for 10 minutes. Took 5 minutes to get a menu & small water cups. Server left before we could order drinks. Sat around for another 5 minutes. Nothing. Several servers walked past us, 2 guys twidling their thumbs. It was not super busy. So we left. Disappointing.
