The chef is one of a kind! Had their amazing bone marrow as appetizer & their signature dish as main course. The wine selection was excellent. 👏👏👏
Coming to tremblant for 15 years & missed this gem hidden in plain sight
The bone marrow is super-filling but a bit greasy
The duck maigret is the best you can dream of.
A normal person cannot finish a main course after an appetizer! All the portions are super generous.
Best foie gras outside France!
Make sure you start with a cocktail - it is done by the book- no offense! in Quebec/Mont Tremblant . & draft beer offer is impressive to say the least
desserts are well balanced!
Unique & local foods, made with love. Highly recommend for those that know good food. The Bone Marrow appetizer was incredible. The Foie Gras was great. Had the endive & addiction salad.. you could really taste the rose water. So unique
For main, steak fries cooked to perfection
Service was wonderful
We had high hopes coming in, especially for the aged steak - but unfortunately, it was a letdown. Ordered it medium rare & it turned out chewy, which made it feel like a waste of money.
That said, the seafood stew & bone marrow were both excellent - rich, flavourful, & well-executed. The drink selection was also impressive, with lots of interesting options to pair with the meal.
Overall, the experience was okay, but given the price point, we expected more - especially from the steak. Wouldn't rush back, but not a total miss.
Love the bone marrow with escargot & mushroomssssss the black cod is magical & steak is juicy. Ohhh the cocktail shrimp is sooo plump. I miss the bone marrow alrdy. Had a tear from my soul
This is the place you want to go to dinner. Yes this place is not cheap, but this is the one you can spend your money & feel good about. Start with bone marrow with escargot & mushrooms, sweet breads & foiegras follow up with lobster gnocchi & venison medallions. They also have a home made charcuterie. The only dish we didn't enjoy was the blood pudding, but that one is tough to get people to like
What good fortune that we found this fine restaurant. The food was delicious, particularly the bone marrow w escargot, & the maple bread pudding. It's a very interesting menu, & the servers were effective guides. Great assortment of wines as well.
After reading all the great reviews we were disappointed with this place. The food was drenched in oil or butter & almost everything we had was salty. There weren't any other spices used to flavour the food. The bone marrow had lots of escargots & mushrooms but again, very oily without much flavour. The bavette was salty but tender. The wooden chairs were not comfortable to sit in. Thankfully, the food did not take time to arrive despite there only being 1 waitress for the entire place...which was actually quite full of patrons.
