My husband & I had a lovely dinner at this restaurant. I must say it is hard for me to find a good meat restaurant, but this restaurant had some of the best meat I have ever had in a restaurant. The meat had a smoky taste & was cooked to perfection. You can tell that all the products are local & fresh, from the vegetables to the meat.View more

Delicious food & a great wine selection. The lamb shank tore easily with a fork, & the mustard & olive sauce was a creative addition that balanced the flavors of the lamb with mild spice & acidity. This is the place you want to go to dinner. Yes this place is not cheap, but this is the one you can spend your money & feel good about. Start with bone marrow with escargot & mushrooms, sweet breads & foiegras follow up with lobster gnocchi & venison medallions. They also have a home made charcuterie. Food is good for the most part. Staff is usually unpleasant. Restaurant not large enough to ever be too busy or backed up. So many opportunities to make a lasting expression with the manager & all the staff. They just don't understand, you get one chance to win over a new customer. We chose elsewhere nearby as there are a lot of other options. Missed this one.View more

Vraiment bon. Dans les entrées, l'os de moelle en particulier était délicieux. Dans les repas, la bavette était excellente avec. Les médaillons de Cerfs sont très bons avec. Un peu moins goûteux que la bavette mais de façon à laisser passer le goût du cerf plutôt que de l'écraser avec différents artifices.View more

What good fortune that we found this fine restaurant. The food was delicious, particularly the bone marrow w escargot, & the maple bread pudding. It's a very interesting menu, & the servers were effective guides. Great assortment of wines as well.View more

Un véritable coup de coeur pour ce restaurant! Robin nous y a accueilli avec sa gentillesse & ses connaissances impeccables du menu & des bières offertes. Au menu ce weekend, un Oktoberfest (malheureusement le dernier jour!) entièrement exceptionnel : À seulement 22$, la table d'hôte incluait une entrée & un dessert. Pour commencer, j'ai choisi la salade d'asperges avec sauce hollandaise & mon conjoint a opté pour la soupe mettant en vedette patates, chou & autres délices. Comme plat principal, j'ai choisi la choucroute aux patates, garnie d'une saucisse bavaroise. Mon conjoint a choisi le flammekueche simplement délectable. Comme dessert, un strudel aux pommes accompagné de crème fouettée légèrement vanillée... c'était simplement parfait. L'établissement est agréable & joli, avec un beau mobilier confortable. La sélection de bières saura satisfaire tous les goûts. La cuisine est de qualité, beaux ingrédients, portions suffisamment dosées... c'est un véritable voyage pour les papilles gustatives! Si je pouvais, je donnerais 6 étoiles! Je recommande sans hésitation. Seul regret: ne pas avoir été dîner & souper.View more
