Notre expérience était terrible. J'ai réservé pour 7h & nous sommes arrivé de bonheur & personne était la? pour même nous asseoir. Le personnel qui nous a servi était très injuste envers notre groupe. La nourriture qui était servi avait plusieurs erreurs & la plupart étaient froide. Par la fin, la serveuse a parlé d'une façon inacceptable envers un de mes invités. Les prix était haut & le restaurent misérable donc je ne le recommande à personne.
Waited over an hour with 3 small kids. Orders wrong. Watched table beside us who arrived 20min after us eat their entire meal before we were served. No sorry, just'it's busy tonight'. Overall disaster.

Went to this restaurant while on a trip to Tremblant with my kids. We were there on Saturday Feb 21, less than an hour before close. We had dinner & left right at closing time. When it came time to pay, I thought about paying in cash & at the last second switched to a card. With that switch, I put my cash down on the bench next to me & promptly forgot it there. It was my stupid mistake, however, given that we were the last ones in the place, I assumed my money would be found & left with management. Despite the fact that I tipped $20 to my server, my money was'never found'. Given that it was 10pm in an empty restaurant, that is a bunch of BS. Again, it was my mistake but I would expect a bit of integrity & honesty from a business & it's staff but I guess that was also a mistake on my part. To my server: I hope you enjoy the $240 that you stole from a single father, who was just trying to give his kids a special trip. Being a single dad, I haven't been able to afford such a trip & after saving for years, this is how our trip was capped off on our one dinner out on the town. Furthermore, our meal was not overly enjoyable, as someone was very clearly smoking in the kitchen while we were eating. I do NOT recommend this place & if you do go there, make sure you don't drop anything, because it won't be there when you call them.
Food was amazing. Hot & fresh. Our server. She was amazing. We got seated, our order was taken & food arrived in 5 mins. In Ontario was have Swiss chalet. The food here is far superior. This place is a must try!
J'ai dû modifier mon avis. Le service n'est plus ce qu'il était. C'est très long & plusieurs personnes ont été malade par la suite … Nous n'y retournerons plus jamais malheureusement.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas tipper les plongeurs, car ils auraient 0$. Tout était sale : les couverts, les verres & les assiettes là où il n'y avait pas de bouffe. Dégoûtant!
Nous avons commander a 3h46 pm au st-Hubert de Mont-Tremblant. La personne aux telephone ainsi que le courriel reçus mentionnait un délais de 30 minutes pour la livraison. Nous avons rappeler a 4h42 Pm vs le repas n'etais toujours pas encore arrivé. Ils nous ont mentionner que le livreur etait partis il y a 15 minutes & que ce ne devait plus tarder. La livraison est arrivé a 4h56 Pm. Nous avons remarqué qu'il manquait un repas complet soit la poitrine de poulet repas commander avec le speciale 2 repas pour 32$. Nous avons appeler aussitôt & ils ont dit que le tout allait etre réctifier & arriver au plus vite. 1h plus tard le tout n'était encore pas arrivé & en rappelant il ne pouvait pas dire quand la commande express en retard allait arrivée. Par la suite a 7h15 pm. Lorsque la commande n'etait toujours pas arrivé & déja payer. Nous avons rappeler pour demander a parler a un gérant & au lieu nous avons été transférer à un chef d'equipe qui n'était même pas à ce restaurant, & le repas payer n'est jamais arrivée. Je trouve cela totalement innaceptable. & je recommande aucunement ce commerce à qui que ce soit.
Worst I've ever been to.
Service was horrible. 20m to get a server, over an hour to get food, food was COLD & super expensive, had 1 dinner show up & 30 mins later came the other 3.
We ordered take out on January 31st & was told it would take 45 minutes. After 2 hours we reached out to the store with no answer of when it would arrive. It came cold & ruined our evening activity waiting for the food.
I emailed the customer service email & they said the manager would reach out to me. They never reached out for compensation. I keep waiting.
___update: store responds to review with email but won't call or email me back to resolve after a week

Bonjour, je suis très déçue du service! Problème au niveau des jus : orange au lieu de pomme, vous mettez des blancs au lieu de cuisses! Les côtes levées trop salées presque immangeable & comble de l'histoire: repas froid!
je ne recommanderai pas!
Ça pris 45 min avant de commander notre nourriture après ça 45 minute plus tard on a eu nos pichet de bière (flatte) & un autre 1h plus tard reçu notre nourriture frite froide tout ça un samedi soir il avais seulement un serveur dans le restaurant & le gérant ne voulais pas l'aide
A chaques fois que je commande, ma commande est inexacte... club sans tomate, viande brune avec un 2 litre svp (ya des tomate & la viande est blanche & pas de 2 litre) plusieurs fois... je me dis a chaque fois qu'ils vont ben finir par y arriver... mais non...

St Hubert & now I remember why. the chicken was so dry almost impossible to swallow it. 5 minutes after placing order food was on table, terrible, terrible, terrible
