Don't come here because it's gluten-free, come here because the food is delicious, because it's an independent shop, fighting the good fight & still offering you an insanely good deal & - above all - because the staff are super friendly. I stopped in for two sandwiches & an espresso, all of which were frickin' amazing & left a little over an hour later having had a wide-ranging, heart-warming conversation with Gordy, the owner. He's doing what he does out of a passion for good food & his community. Come for the food, stay for the passion.

I had the croque madame while I was visiting Montréal in November & I haven't stopped thinking about it since. I was extremely impressed by just how delicious & high quality it was being it was completely gluten free. As someone with celiac, it was so nice to find a place that offered so many amazing gluten free options & at such a reasonable price. The owner, Gordy, & his daughter were delightful to talk with & made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to not only anybody with gluten intolerance but to literally anyone that enjoys good food. 10/10 rating from me. Will definitely be back when I come to visit again in the future.

stumbled across this spot accidentally whilst record shopping. So delicious, reasonably priced, & Gordy is a legend. His daughter's hand drawings on the walls are the cherry on top of a gluten free masterpiece 🤌🏼

Delicious, freshly-made & affordable food awaits you here. I asked Chef Gordy to surprise me with any two made-to-order hot pocket/sealed sandwiches (Poulet/Chicken Parm & Super Mario). Even after a 30 minute commute the sandwiches were flavourful, stayed surprisingly warm & did not fall apart (which is WILD for gluten-free anything - IYKYK).

Along with a 2 drinks, a green seed cookie & a fabric bag, the total bill came to about $25.00. This is incredibly affordable by any measure!

Most importantly, Gordy is a kind local proprietor & proud of providing quality, nutritious & affordable meals to the community. Below is a picture of chimichurri for sale in the shop. I'll be back to La Bolo à Lolo next time I'm in Montréal for sure! :)

Aside from the amazing wide selection of celiac/ gluten free products, this was the most welcoming place I've even set foot in.

The homemade (sandwiches) « sacoches «  are mouthwatering, fresh & exquisite taste!

To top it off, he makes on the spot homemade fresh desserts!

An absolute must try! Will definitely go back.

Truly the most wonderful experience & incredible food. The most fun, fully gluten free shop that's so carefully crafted. The menu is thoughtful & you can't help but smile when you taste the food. The ladyfingers are a must, the pistachio was my personal favorite. Gordy, the owner, is an absolute gem & we ended up talking in an empty shop for 45 minutes. He makes you feel like an old friend. Incredible food made with so much love, give it a stop & you won't regret it! I'll stop by again next time I'm in Montreal!

I'm always looking for gluten friendly places in Montreal, & I have to say that this spot did not disappoint-in fact, it surpassed any possible expectation I could have! I ordered the philly steak while my friend had the veggie sandwich, & both were divine. It's so rare that I find a gluten-free option that truly satisfies my sandwich craving, & this did just that. A crispy yet airy wrap filled with well-seasoned, balanced goodness. The iced oat latte was also one of the best I've had. But what's even more worth noting is Chef Gordy's wonderful demeanour & genuine pride in his establishment. He made our first experience delightful; he was warm, welcoming, & so appreciative to all his patrons. Little details as well-such as the handwritten menu, the thoughtfully-designed sandwich wrapper, & the vast selection of gluten-free groceries (gluten-free tortellini & fun dips!!!)-genuinely made the experience. I would highly recommend anyone, gluten-free or not, to give this spot a try.

What a gem! Gordy was knowledgeable & awesome to chat with. The facility is 100% gluten free & nut free, which made me feel right at home. There's not only made-to-order sandwiches & snacks, but also a myriad of pastas, cookies, sauces, & drinks. Overall wonderful food, coffee, & conversation!

Les sandwiches sacoches sont excellents!! Pour ceux qui se demandent, c'est un peu un genre de wrap / crêpe. Menu abordable & délicieux! Super service également ; Gordy le chef proprio est coeliaque & très sympathique. J'y retournerai souvent assurément!
