Finally popped in here & it's SO GOOD. Finalement, un spot sans gluten où tout n'est pas nécessairement végane!

Lovely owner, genuinely scrumptious comfort food, & all celiac + nut-free.

This would be a great spot for parents with children managing intolerances or people newly exploring gf food. Tried the lasagna sandwich & it was gone within a block. J'ai hate d'essayer les surgelés!

Don't come here because it's gluten-free, come here because the food is delicious, because it's an independent shop, fighting the good fight & still offering you an insanely good deal & - above all - because the staff are super friendly. I stopped in for two sandwiches & an espresso, all of which were frickin' amazing & left a little over an hour later having had a wide-ranging, heart-warming conversation with Gordy, the owner. He's doing what he does out of a passion for good food & his community. Come for the food, stay for the passion.

I had the croque madame while I was visiting Montréal in November & I haven't stopped thinking about it since. I was extremely impressed by just how delicious & high quality it was being it was completely gluten free. As someone with celiac, it was so nice to find a place that offered so many amazing gluten free options & at such a reasonable price. The owner, Gordy, & his daughter were delightful to talk with & made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to not only anybody with gluten intolerance but to literally anyone that enjoys good food. 10/10 rating from me. Will definitely be back when I come to visit again in the future.

Always come here when I'm in the neighbourhood for the best gluten free essentials at an amazing price. Thank you to the owner who is always so kind & helpful during my visits! Also don't skip on a chocolate chip cookie on the way out the door! Hands down my favourite gf baked good

Delicious, freshly-made & affordable food awaits you here. I asked Chef Gordy to surprise me with any two made-to-order hot pocket/sealed sandwiches (Poulet/Chicken Parm & Super Mario). Even after a 30 minute commute the sandwiches were flavourful, stayed surprisingly warm & did not fall apart (which is WILD for gluten-free anything - IYKYK).

Along with a 2 drinks, a green seed cookie & a fabric bag, the total bill came to about $25.00. This is incredibly affordable by any measure!

Most importantly, Gordy is a kind local proprietor & proud of providing quality, nutritious & affordable meals to the community. Below is a picture of chimichurri for sale in the shop. I'll be back to La Bolo à Lolo next time I'm in Montréal for sure! :)

Sucks i cant give higher than 5 stars! Very nice ex-Head Chef that has celiacs disease himself (As do I). My girlfriend couldn't tell it was really gluten-free.

None of that flaky & crummy dough you find in GF doughs. The prices are extremely affordable & quite filling. The lasagna is personally my favourite. We got muffins & cookies & they are very moist & aren't hard & dry. Definitely recommend this.

Aside from the amazing wide selection of celiac/ gluten free products, this was the most welcoming place I've even set foot in.

The homemade (sandwiches) « sacoches «  are mouthwatering, fresh & exquisite taste!

To top it off, he makes on the spot homemade fresh desserts!

An absolute must try! Will definitely go back.

Toujours fascinée par le sandwich au poulet gluten-free à la'sauce fâchée' ! Guys, vous devez gouter... it's a must! I've never been to a place that sells only gluten-free products & on top of that makes 5$ sandwiches! The owner always makes sure that we are satisfied, I truly recommend this place.

Truly the most wonderful experience & incredible food. The most fun, fully gluten free shop that's so carefully crafted. The menu is thoughtful & you can't help but smile when you taste the food. The ladyfingers are a must, the pistachio was my personal favorite. Gordy, the owner, is an absolute gem & we ended up talking in an empty shop for 45 minutes. He makes you feel like an old friend. Incredible food made with so much love, give it a stop & you won't regret it! I'll stop by again next time I'm in Montreal!

Awesome for Celiac people 🍝 This place is great to get a few gluten free groceries such as pasta (tortellini, ravioli) or chicken schnitzel.
Finally we had some delicious sandwiches, I recommend the mushroom one.
The owner is super nice 👍

A must try whether you are gluten free or not! Had the chicken parm sandwich which was delicious. Sandwiches are a generous portion, made fresh & can be customized to meet dietary needs. Owner is happy to help, just ask! Great service, good selection & tasty food at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back again.

As a parent of a very picky 11-year-old with gluten intolerance, finding food he actually enjoys is a constant challenge-until we discovered this absolute gem! The Pochette sandwiches are out of this world. & I say that as someone who doesn't even follow a gluten-free diet! Honestly, I haven't had a sandwich that delicious in ages.
My son went for the gluten-free burger sandwich & couldn't stop raving about it. He said it was even better than a regular burger, which is high praise coming from him! The quality, taste, & care put into the food are truly exceptional.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience today. We'll absolutely be back!

This was my favourite place to eat while visiting Montreal. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting whether you're gluten free or not.

The owner, Gordie, has made a one stop shop with delicious made to order food items as well as shelves full of delicious gluten free foods. He has tailored his restaurant to both maximizing the quality of the food & selling it at an incredibly affordable cost. My friends & I really enjoyed chatting with him as he's an incredibly friendly & kind person.

I'm so happy I discovered this shop! I'm celiac but my partner isn't, we both ordered a sandwich & it was the best one I've had since I stopped eating gluten! My partner liked it so much he wanted to order a second one! You can also buy fantastic gluten free products like wafers from Italy!

The owner is also lovely conversationalist!
