The place is amazing, the food is great & the waiter that welcomed us, Dugar, was so nice, he discovered we were Brazilians & started speaking Portuguese with us. Highly recommended :)

We sat at the bar due to no reservations & coming around the dinner rush hour. Nicholas L was behind the bar & took care of all of our food & drink needs. He was wonderful & attentive & was able to give us local recommendations all the while fighting the dinner/drink rush. Thanks Nicholas L for a great experience!

Ate at Jacopo last night. On the terrace. Server made not one but two errors inputting our order (input wrong dish twice), resulting in an extra long wait. Food was mediocre at best. Short rib was rich, but almost tasteless. Salad was overdressed & did nothing to cut the richness or balance the dish. The polenta was a good consistency but also flavourless. Raviolis also bland. I can't imagine how this place had this many stars. We wanted a nice night out for our last night in Montreal & were sorely disappointed.
Italiano agradável em meio a vários restaurantes por ali. Esperava um pouco mais dos pratos, comparando com os italianos da Itália, no Brasil também temos melhores. O carbonara estava no ponto, mas faltava cremosidade no molho e mais sabor. Vale também lembrar que fomos no almoço, no jantar costuma-se ter pratos diferenciados.
Lovely ambiance & food. Special thanks to Johan for the A1 service. Little details like the type of glass of each of their signature cocktails on their menu was very helpful.
Nice place to stop for lunch, drinks or dinner. Great atmosphere. Located in a wonderful part of old Montreal really close to the St. Lawrence river. I recommend.
