We had a wonderful experience! Anthony provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was kind, professional, attentive, & made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was excellent-fresh, high-quality, & beautifully prepared. It's clear that both the service & the quality of the food are top priorities here. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this restaurant!

We had a wonderful experience at JACOPO in Montreal, made truly memorable by our incredible waitress, Jannie. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, & genuinely caring, which made our family feel so comfortable & welcomed.
What stood out the most was how thoughtful she was with my daughter's meal. My daughter didn't want mushrooms in her dish, & Janine made sure they were completely removed without any hesitation. That level of attention & kindness really meant a lot to us as parents. It's not always easy dining out with kids, but Janine made it effortless & enjoyable. Her professionalism & kindness truly elevated our visit we'll definitely be back because of her.
