Went to this location on two consecutive Saturday to watch the worldcup games with my family of 4. The first time the front desk staff was not very warm or cared that we asked to be seated at a table to watch the match. The waitress made up for the bad front desk experience. She was very pleasant & kept checking in with our table to see if everything was satisfactory. However the second Saturday was just all round horrible. Our server didn't introduce herself as was the norm of all the Jack Astor's I've been to including locations in Toronto. They always introduce themselves by writing their names upside down on the brown paper table cloth..'Shima' did not. When I asked her about this, she told me it was not an obligation & then wrote it after. On top of that she forgot my order & only brought 3 of the 4 orders. She didn't come & check if we were satisfied until my other family memebers were almost finished eating. Food overpriced for nothing special. Go find a better place to enjoy good service & good food.

Super service, merci à Marie-Ève & Tes, c'était parfait & très rapide. On était là pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille.

J'ai malheureusement mis 3 pour l'ambiance parce que la musique était sincèrement atroce & on ne pouvait pas la changer. On est venues il y a deux samedis & c'était les mêmes chansons. Ce serait bien de pouvoir mettre différentes chansons ou que les employés puissent changer de playlist, ce qui ne semblait pas possible.

Pour le reste, parfait, les employés sont exceptionnels.

Went for a late dinner with my 3 young children & husband. Noticed there were a few bigger parties & figured we might have a little longer wait then normal.
The hostess was great & when the food arrived it was great.
Service was awful. A beer, pop & 3 chocolate milks took 15mins. Waited another 10 for the sever to come back to take our order. Food took a long time to come. Refills aren't a thing. Our food took at least an hour to come. Very slow.
Also to mention, washrooms had seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. No soap, no toilet paper in the dispenser but was found on the floor instead.
