The best pizza in Montreal! I have been here a couple of times with family & friends & there are lots of options to choose from! On top of that, the service is amazing! The best pizza in the whole city, cannot wait to come back :)
Delicious oven-baked pizzas with plenty of options, including a great selection of vegetarian & vegan choices, thanks to tasty vegan cheese & dough alternatives.
We shared a half-&-half pizza with a salad & really enjoyed the combination. Overall, highly recommended!
This place was our second option since our first option was not open yet 😊 A little further down the road but it was already starting to get busy. The restaurant is not very big & was very warm. The tables were a little close together. Our pizzas were delicious & were the perfect size. It took a little while to pay the bill but our service was very friendly.
Friendly place downtown Montreal, with so many pizza options that everyone can find something that perfectly fits their taste ! Great service, great pizzas, very good wine ! I definitely recommend !
We went on a Wednesday evening. It was full so we waited in line for a bit. The pizza was one of the best I have ever had. Their cappuccino option was great as well. The server was great as well.

Our friends in Montreal said this was a great pizza place, & they were 100% correct! We visited Montreal & unfortunately we could only manage to do delivery, but it was fabulous! There were so many pizza options on the website that we had some trouble deciding what to get. I had the absolute best anchovy pizza I've ever had! Everyone else really enjoyed their pizzas, too (the kids are Hawaiian fiends, & everyone else got assorted meaty toppings). The delivery guy was also very lovely & insisted on bringing the pizzas up the stairs to us, even though we went down to meet him. The delivery boxes are also really appealing, haha. Will definitely return for more the next time we are in town!
This place was right next to our hotel in downtown Montreal. It was super busy! It has over 70 pizza options which I thought was so cool. It came out really quick & it was DELICIOUS!!! Tasted just like NY wood fire pizza! Would definitely recommend.
The option of half salad half pizza is amazing really & I don't think I have seen it anywhere. Portion was good & both the salad & pizza were actually really good. Gets busy during lunch hou
Incredibly authentic selection of personal pizzas (77 options to be exact) with fantastic service & phenomenal white sangria served in pitchers. Loved it!

If you want pizza, this is the right place to go to. They have a wide range on variety (more than 50 options). We tried the margarita & malenzan pizzas. The dough was amazing however both pizzas were a little salty to my liking so I would rate it 8/10. We also got a Caesar salad which was refreshing & tasty & the serving was very generous. Lastly, the service was excellent.
Came to Pizza il Focolaio on a Friday afternoon. Upon entering, this establishment has 70+ different pizza options.. so you may feel slightly overwhelmed. As I do with every first time pizza I try at a new place, I ordered a margherita pizza. It was good, however nothing to go crazy about. I think if in Montreal, I would say there are probably better options but this was close to the hotel & wasn't that bad. 3.5/5 overall
