The atmosphere is pretty nice, but don't come here for the food. The menu comes in small, overpriced portions. For reference, 5 pieces of karaage will run you 18$. The food itself was nothing impressive either - the BBQ squid was too rubbery to chew through & the shrimp tempura was heavily underseasoned. Not a bad place to grab a drink, but I wouldn't get food here again

So so so good. The only catch is the irl line/waiting list. If you want ramen & drinks & bigger menu on the left side where it's bopping you can't call to have a reservation. But if you plan it well you can get on the list irl & have drinks not too far while you wait. Waiting time can be from 30 mins to 1:30..

I've been to this restaurant 3 times & it's been an exceptional experience every time. The food is fantastic & I must admit to mostly coming back for the shiso sours (my new favourite cocktail). What really stands out to me is the service, though. 2 of the 3 times I've been there, our server Kathy made the experience so much better! Between remembering my drink order from the first time I came, to recommending the best vegetarian options, to doting on our table in a timely, efficient manner, I'll keep coming back just to sit in her section!!

Waitress lacked experience, waited for service for 20 min before getting a drink.
Small portions but good food.
We asked to change tables to a more comfortable table (several empty tables)
Waitress made us feel bad about asking for that by saying "she would only let us change tables if we insisted"
I understand that it's not ideal for the staff when it's really busy but the tables were free & nobody arrived after us.
Also there's a weird rule about not ordering Ramen only if you reserve. But if you don't plan ahead, you can be rewarded with ramen!
Overall good food though

La nourriture était excellente! Les drinks étaient vraiment, vraiment wow! Seul bémol, pas de chaise, donc, on ne peut s'adosser. Je ne suis peut-être pas la clientèle cible car moi, un samedi, j'aime bien prendre mon temps & être confortable. Comme je n'étais pas si confortable, j'ai soupé un peu en vitesse ;) Est-ce que j'y retournerai, ASSURÉMENT!

I was told I had to try the ramen here as after several ramen meals, I was not in love with it. Although it was better than most places here, I think ramen is just not my favorite meal. I also did not like the fact that they need a quick turn of the clientele, so after eating our meals, we were pushed to order more or leave the space by several staff as there is always a line, which is understandable, just do not go here for a casual get together, it is more of an eat & go place. The other food items & the drinks are also great (maybe better) but do yourself a favor & go at off times as the wait is not really worth it during busy hours.

If you love ramen here is the place . I've had the best ramen of my whole life here. They have a special ramen menu in which you can make your own ramen with the broth & protein & vegetables you like , I love this kind of flexibility . Also, they have nice side dishes & a tapas menue . The chicken Karagge is a must to try ! Also, drinks are so cool. You should try their shots 🤩. Staff are very nice & friendly.

We sat upstairs & it took over 30 minutes before we got out drinks. It was suuuper hot & then it took another 30 minutes (so 1 hour total) before someone took out food order. The food was really good though!

Waitresses are nice but the service was quite slow, it took over half an hour just to get drinks. Music too loud, you only have 2 hours so you feel rushed, & everyone around us was eating ramen but because we reserved we weren't allowed, it's a weird system.

Generally, the food is just too expensive for what it is. 16$ for 4 little pieces of fried chicken, cmon. Portions are small.

Nous avons eu la chance d'essayer plusieurs plats, certains étaient meilleurs que d'autres. Le tartare de saumon & le tataki de thon était délicieux. Le calmar grillé était malheureusement trop cuit & le bout de pâtes étaient calcinés. Les crevettes tempura & le poulet karage étaient bien mais pas wow. Sinon leur dessert de tiramisu au sesame noir & leurs drinks étaient très bon. Dans l'ensemble c'était tout de même
une belle expérience, mais nous avons quité l'endroit avec l'impression de ne pas avoir mangé beaucoup, les portions sont plutôt petites &/ou composées d'ingrédient très léger (chips de feuille de riz, vermicelle soufflé, etc) mais connaissant la culture japonaise, c'est dans leurs normes.

Don't book if you want to eat ramen (you can't !). The food from the izakaya was really disappointing, especially for the price. So i really see no point of ever booking, since only their ramen are worth it. The drinks were good & the service was friendly & quick.
I'm very surprised, since I remember liking the place in the past.

SO GOOD!!!!!! My partner & I went to celebrate our anniversary except we barely spoke or made eye contact because we were too busy slowly eating/drinking with our eyes closed to better savor the experience. I honestly have never enjoyed food & drinks more in my life

Amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious as well their awesome drinks. It was our first time their so we 6 platters & they were all excellent except maybe the carbonara noodle (felt like an Italian dish with thick noodles but good nonetheless. The doughnut balls were the best for dessert.

Booking was easy & we did not need to wait, good ambiance inside & our waiter was the nicest guy & so Helpful. The only downfall I find is that if you want to take ramen soup bowls, you cannot order it if you made an online reservation.

Only the people who come in without making a reservation can order everything including the soup. So but other than that it was awesome. It's on the pricey side but 100% worth!
