Hop Station est une halte chaleureuse à Coaticook installée dans une ancienne gare, offrant une belle sélection de bières artisanales et de boissons locales, accompagnées d'une nourriture servie par un food truck adjacent, notamment tacos, nachos et poutine, le tout dans une ambiance rustique et conviviale avec parfois des soirées live; le cadre séduit par son charme et son rapport qualité-prix, et l'endroit est apprécié comme une expérience différente des options classiques, avec un accueil sympathique et des places à l'extérieur possibles pour profiter au soleil; toutefois le service peut être lent pendant les heures d'affluence et certains détails comme le fait que la bière ne soit pas toujours brassée sur place varient; dans l'ensemble Hop Station s'affirme comme une belle découverte à recommander aux amateurs de bières et de bonne ambiance.
Beautiful place, great selection of drinks. The service could be slow during busy hours but not too bad. The poutine was good in quantity but little overcooked for my liking. The selection of fresh & local drinks make this place so good to hang out relax, especially their beers & wines. Will definitely visit here again.
Fyi, the food is self-served.

So good! We hit this brewery after riding the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook & could not have made a better choice.
I got the pulled pork tacos with freshly made tortilla chips & lime sauce with poutine to die for. The saison Brett beer was 7%, crisp & delicious…just what I needed after a big ride.
The music was funky & well curated. & the staff was friendly & attentive. The 3 we spoke with spoke English well & allowed us to attempt our best French before helping us in our own language.
Their beer & setup are great but the food must be improved. We ate tacos, Quesadillas, & nachos but the chicken needs a lot of improvements in quality & taste. The vibe & setup & beer were perfect though.

Food was good from the Mexican food truck. But the beer was even better. The Gose & Mexican Lager were very tasty. Had another beer but don't remember the name. Was also good. Will definitely be going back
Decided to stop here randomly after doing the nearby gorge hike. What a great decision it was! Great food & tasty beers in the unique pub setting of a former railway station! The staff were friendly & the service was great also. We'll definitely visit again when we pass through next time!
The diverse beer selection featured delicious & unique flavor from the malt & hop balances to compliment each style. The taco trio & chips from the food truck also featured great flavor combinations. The bartender was very knowledgeable & eager to talk about the beers. She also arranged a flight in a suggested order to best enjoy each flavor.

Great beers & the food truck is fun - it was tacos when we visited & they were delicious. Cool history behind the building, check it out if you're in the neighborhood!
Bartender was kind & knowledgeable. Beers were very good in my opinion. Location is interesting (a renovated old train station) & clean. Nice patio. Didn’t try the food truck but the food looked good. Prices were reasonable. Will be returning.
Some of the best tacos I have had north of the Mexican border on top of that they have some very refreshing beers on tap. There gose & Mexican style beers are absolutely delicious!
