The restaurant was presented to us a Middle Eastearn & North African cuisine, yet no mocktails or alcohol free drinks appeared on the menu. Our server informed us uppon asking that the two cocktails shown (18$), are just as good without the alcohol. Seemed liked a missed opportunity to have a well crafted mocktail list. We got the tasting menu, of which we genuinely loved one dish - the tuna. We asked about replacing an item in the tasting menu with another & were discouraged to do so, & ended up adding the quail dish. Good thing we did because the quail was great! The rest of the menu lacked the something special that the tuna & quail dishes seemed to have, especially for the price (313$ for two people, including a bottle of wine & tip).
Beautiful, carefully crafted food. Elegant setting. Amazing service. Great spot to have an elevated date. An experience. 🥂
This is a wholesome experience worth trying at least once. You can feel the passion in the service & the details in the servings.
Amazing food accompanied by delicious Libyan wine- Rami's passion for both was infectious!
Amazing food, fantastic staff, gorgeous atmosphere & ambiance. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be coming back
What an amazing experience at HENI, thanks to Timeleft (meeting people app) -I met the great group of people Timeleft organized there & was blown away by the warm welcome & fast service! The owner was super charming & let us sample a variety of dishes, & while there weren't as many vegetarian options as I'd hoped, everything was incredibly delicious. We paired the meal with some great wine, & though I spent a bit more than expected, it was worth every penny. The cultural richness & thought behind the menu are truly impressive. Don't miss out on trying these fantastic dishes!
The absolute most amazing Lebanese food in America. What a fantastic experience.
Very nice dishes & service. Have been twice. Ordered every starter & main the second visit. Menu is changed periodically which is good. I would say about half the dishes were super good & the other half were just ok. Portions very small. Prices high end. I like it !
The wine at this restaurant was excellent however the food didn't live up to expectations at all & we were pretty underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
Really wanted to love this spot. The concept is great. Front of house staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Wine program was impressive with some interesting by the glass offerings. The vegetarian dishes were pretty disappointing. Based on other reviews the omnivore dishes might be better.
The sauces were full of flavor, we practically licked our plates!! We can't wait to visit again to try the rest of the menu!
Fantastic meal with perfectly balanced flavors & cooking techniques. Standouts were the kibbeh cru & kale borani.
Wonderful creative dishes. Quality presentation & very helpful staff. Excellent choice of Lebanese wines not available through the SAQ. Happy to have returned & made new discoveries each time.
One of the best dining experiences of my life. Noah is a pro at what he does: at the service of others. Dishes were inventive yet respectful & a true homage to where the recipes originate from. Lebanese wine was very well highlighted; some of the best wine I've ever had. There couldn't be a better way to conclude the experience than the atayef. Chapeau !
very special cool resto came in for my dad's bday & the meal was fantastic with excellent service they're doing something unique def. check it out!
Nice vibe & well decorated. Friendly people. Creative recipes. A bit pricey though. Update: We were three & two of us got sick. Their stomach got upset.
