The staff doesn't smile much, Not a fan of the dark gravy sauce on the poutine & the fries weren't as crispy as I'd like them. Cheap & decent hotdogs.
I love the look of this place, a classic diner with old jukeboxes & booths. Limited gluten-free options but the server bent over backwards to find me options. Ended up with a cheeseburger lettuce wrap & fries which were both delicious! My friends had poutines & they both loved it too. I recommend stopping in when you are in Montreal.
Love stopping in here whenever we're in Montreal. The food is great, very good portions... & the staff is very friendly!!
I've been going there for years.Friendly & very efficient! They obviously are true survivors. They were there when hot dogs were fifteen cents.Guessing 75 to 80years ago.Club sandwich hands down best in Montreal & there fries too.Jimmy in the front gives great service,& is always very pleasant.Good job guys!!!!Ps Jimmy who works in the front is the best.Always gives great service...
Tried Green Spot for lunch The interior is cute, vintage vibes. We tried many items & everything was delicious. The poutine is to die for. Im so in love with their smoked meat sandwich. Full of flavors! They use high quality ingredients. Very Friendly staff ! affordable prices! Follow @ayahayek_ for more on instagram
ordered two BLTs & they got the salem witch trials special, quite disappointed with that. the fries were out of this world tho.
Wow 🤩 This place is amazing, everything is just perfect. The food is so tasty & the portions is kinda big & worth it. The staff is super friendly like everyone we met was nice & welcoming. The menus is French & English so that's perfect. I really loved the vintage vibes that they kept it from the 40s from the decors do the receipt 🤩❤️ This is the first time coming, but I ordered an UberEats before but dine in is much more better. Definitely recommend & will be in my favourite spots 😍
There's a lot of people wondering who makes the best poutine. GREEN SPOT! I always bring my friends who visit Montreal to this landmark for the poutine & it never fails to impress. What are you waiting for? GO NOW!!!!
Classic diner casse croute experience. Great club & hot chicken sandwich, friendly & prompt service, unbeatable price point.
I really like the old-timey feel of this restaurant. Even though it tends to be quite busy on weekends you never have to wait for more than a few minutes. Their food is classic diner food, greasy, cheap, & delicious :) the waitstaff are friendly enough & the food arrives quite fast. Their poutines are a must try!
A full rich vintage 60's style restaurant atmosphere This place is awesome no doubt about it Will return there many times The staff is very friendly & warm welcoming Author enjoyed their classic breakfast of sausage & eggs Recommend this place you will not be dissapointed A Montreal iconic place Norman
The poutine was huge in size but the gravy is a bit salty & watery for us. Some fries was very dry & hard. I was expecting it to be crispy.
Best poutine in the world. The smoked meat is excellent. The fries are some of the best in the univers. Club sandwich is 5 stars. Breakfast is the best in the city. Be careful, this place becomes addictive very quickly.
Came here for lunch today. Food was amazing. Big portions too! Staff members were welcoming friendly. Will be back!
I've been here for breakfast food & it was quite good, but in the night time the food is often just not good. The fries are clearly defrosted costco fries, the gravy is from powder. If they would at least make their own fries that would go a long way to making the whole restaurant a lot better given that half the menu is literally based around French fries.
There was some confusion with the outdoor menu, that's just for take out, if you want to dine in, you will receive a more extended menu, but the 76 anniversary combos are just for take out. The potatoes fries were a little bit greasy, it had a resemblance to five guy's french fries & I thought the combo burger was a cheeseburger, but the meat was very good.
