I visited Gaia after a friend recommended it, & I'm so glad I did! The place is run by wonderful people who offer delicious food at great prices, along with excellent service & a warm, respectful attitude.
We tried their **Tonkinoise soup with beef** & their **spring rolls**-both the fried chicken spring rolls & the cold shrimp rolls were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & satisfying.
I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area & craving Vietnamese food.

On a commandé des soupes tonkinoises (2 au boeufs & 2 au légumes). On s'est régalé ! Il y avait beaucoup de bouillon & de garniture. C'était excellent, je recommande !

GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls & the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste & can pair with any protein.
Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don't forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu & I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.

Première sortie au Gaia & quelle belle découverte ! Accueil discret & chaleureux, & que dire des banquettes assises d'un grand confort. Nous avons choisi le Combo, soupe très savoureuse, 2 rouleaux impériaux, plat principal suivi d'une banane frite & thé au jasmin aromatisé & contenant une fleur, le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable de 30$ + pourboire. Jolie décor & ambiance feutrée. Je recommande fortement Gaia.

Solide endroit, j'aime bien les banquettes ilots, ca fait tres intime. La nourriture est solidement equilibree qualite/prix/portion. Je recommande casser la croute ici apres la danse vu que c'est un des restos qui ouvre encore apres 20h.
Accueil très sympathique, bons plats (& bonnes portions) & rapport qualité prix excellent ! Petit plus : vous pouvez y apportez votre propre vin. Je recommande

On a très bien mangé, l'ambiance était relax & la dame qui fait le service très gentille. On a pris un combo, & le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment bien. Je recommande.
Wow, Très savoureux, bon rapport qualité prix beau décor & une bonne ambiance. La propriétaire est très gentille. Très heureuse de notre visite, je le recommande ça vaut le détour.

The perfect place for a group of friends or a cozy date. The deco is beautiful & original, great food for very affordable prices. The owner is a lovely woman who took great care of us. Couldn't recommend it enough!!
Gaia is an amazing restaurant. The food is truly delicious & the service is second to none. The beef sashimi is an absolute must! I can't recommend this restaurant enough
