Absolutely amazing food, authentic Vietnamese. I went there with my team for lunch & everyone enjoyed it! I had Tonkiniose with chicken & it warmed me on a cold day… We'll be back soon!
Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with good price! We visited since this restaurant has high rating & not far from the market. The food was really good & I was totally satisfied. We had grilled beef, pho, & fried rice. They were all good. When I come next time, I would like to order more traditional dishes.

Gaia Restaurant est une véritable perle vietnamienne à Montréal. L'authenticité des plats est remarquable - chaque bouchée nous a rappelé les saveurs du Vietnam. Le service était tout simplement exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné & professionnel. C'est rare de trouver une expérience aussi complète. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage à Montréal. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable !
The food was excellent, very flavorful & authentic. The salt & pepper shrimp didn't even make it home they were so good!
There was a misunderstanding with my order that caused some confusion on my part, but the owner personally reached out to clarify & resolve it. It's rare to see that level of passion & care.
It is a truly authentic culinary experience! The rice is so fancy & flavorful. I highly recommend the chicken soup. The soup was so good we finished the whole bowl. Servings are generous. Will return soon.
The Vietnamese dishes on the menu are 100% authentic (the soup as well as the grilled pork, for example tasted like some of the best I had tried in Vietnam). The presentation is also very nice. A welcome breath of fresh air in the area! Terrific service, atmosphere & food. We had a great night out. & it's bring your own wine! Looking forward to coming back.
We love the food. My favourite plate is Chicken Pho soup. The Pho noodles are authentic. The broth is delicious without too much MSG, the meat is sweet & tender. I also recommend to try the Fried chocolate for dessert. Yum 😋
