my husband & I were in Montreal for a few days from the dc area (that has amazing Vietnamese food) so I'd say we have pretty high standards & Gaia totally hit the spot! One of the best meals we had while in Montreal. Highly recommend the grilled chicken with vermicelli noodles & their pad thai with grilled chicken 😋 the service was also incredible & the food came out fresh & hot. Will definitely be back whenever we make our way back to Montreal.

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with good price! We visited since this restaurant has high rating & not far from the market. The food was really good & I was totally satisfied. We had grilled beef, pho, & fried rice. They were all good. When I come next time, I would like to order more traditional dishes.
Great Vietnamese food & amazing service by the sweetest people. 100% recommend.
GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls & the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste & can pair with any protein. Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don't forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu & I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.
Best vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Hands down. I have been struggling to find a great vietnamese restaurant since COVID as I found the quality of many restaurants went down after.
This has finally been the one that satisfies all the qualities I look for in Vietnamese food. Try the pho, the grilled chicken, or anything really on the menu & it will be all great.
Newly opened place, very quaint & with good food. We had the beef sashimi (really good), Pho & grilled beef with vermicelli. Everything was really good, I will be back. Special mention to the super friendly & hospitable service.

Super quaint little place in little Italy. Share the General Tao chicken & the Grilled beef from the lunch menu; both were excellent. Staff was very friendly. Price was reasonable
I have ordered through Uber numerous times now. I've tried the grilled chicken pho, general Tao, pad thai & the special fried rice as well as the rolls & everything is beyond amazing. Best pho in Montreal for me.
The Vietnamese dishes on the menu are 100% authentic (the soup as well as the grilled pork, for example tasted like some of the best I had tried in Vietnam). The presentation is also very nice. A welcome breath of fresh air in the area! Terrific service, atmosphere & food. We had a great night out. & it's bring your own wine! Looking forward to coming back.
Nice & polite employees, foods were worthy with prices : clear broths for soups, nice color for grilled meats. Definitely a place that you can invite out your friends/family.
Stopped by here during a visit to Montreal, looking for an alternative place to eat & I live Vietnamese food. So glad I found this spot. I had the grilled chicken over rice & the flavor was delicate & amazing. Supper friendly staff. Highly recommend.
