I celebrated my birthday at Gaia Vietnamese Restaurant, & it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. Every dish reminded us of Vietnamese cuisine made with care.
The décor & furniture were very deluxe, elegant, & stylish. The atmosphere felt warm, refined, & perfect for a special celebration like a birthday. It truly added to the overall dining experience.
The staff were friendly, attentive, & made sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening. My family & I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable we will definitely be coming back!

Everything was absolutely exceptional. The ingredients were incredibly fresh & perfectly selected, creating a beautiful harmony of flavors in every dish. You can truly feel that each plate is prepared with care & love. I have never tasted food like this before. Highly, highly recommended.
Ordered their shrimp pad thai on Uber Eats & I'm hooked. Super delicious, tasteful & none of that sweet sauce like in other pad thai. Portion was very big. My new fave place. Can't wait to try other things.

C'est très bien, le personnel est très attentionné & poli, les prix plus que raisonnable, les quantités sont bonnes. Rien à dire de mal, la place est belle.
Cuisine vietnamienne raffinée & authentique (je suis d'origine vietnamienne). La serveuse était absolument adorable. Un des rares restaurants où l'on peut manger des nems au Québec. Aussi, soyez avertis que les portions sont très copieuses.
I was surprised by how good the food was, & by how kind the staff is !! By far the best Pho I ate in the city so far :)) a neighborhood GEM. So affordable as well !!
Disappointing across the board. The food was average at best & arrived barely warm. The pad thai lacked flavor & felt like an afterthought, while the chicken combo came with vegetables that tasted straight out of a freezer bag.
Service didn't help. Instead of answering questions or listening to feedback, the waiter acted more like a pushy salesperson, rushing us through the experience rather than actually caring whether we enjoyed the meal.
This is a bring-your-own-wine restaurant, but instead of being a plus, it feels like an excuse to charge high prices for mediocre food & poor execution. Overall, the impression is clear: profit comes first, not quality or hospitality. Definitely not worth a return visit.
