I had such a great experience at Franklin's Pub, & it was all because of a Jeff. He surprised me with a drink he made just for me, & it was honestly amazing, easily one of the best drinks I've had in a long time. You could tell he really put thought into it, & it showed in every sip.
Beyond the drink itself, Jeff was just genuinely kind, welcoming, & fun to talk to. He made the whole experience feel personal, not rushed or transactional. It's people like him who make you want to come back to a place again & again.
If you're at Franklin's Pub, make sure you stop by the bar & say hi to Jeff. He truly makes the place better.

Wow … the service was soo friendly .. we don't speak french very well but they were very accommodating in English …. Great music !! Fantastic ambience this is such a cool

Went for the poutine but the chicken wings were the star. Really liked how they were prepared, juicy & crispy with nice spices. The smokes meat poutine had a ton of meat & pickles, which was nice but not as awesome as I expected. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere & friendly service.

Wonderful cozy little spot in Old Montreal. Service was very good & my friends & I had a fun time.

love everything about this place. the atmosphere, the decoration, the music food, drinks etc is just impeccable.
perfect for a casual date night or a group thing, Franklin's got you.
don't let me get started with the superb service from the beautiful Valeria, who always takes care of us with her 10/10 service. also big shoutout to the rest of the staff, Mackenzie, Tim & everyone else x

Our server Tasnime was so sweet, kind & attentive. The food is great (especially the burgers) & the people are so kind! Highly recommend for a chill night out
