Fait cet été sur les conseils d'un guide, on prends seulement 3 sandwichs smoked meat a emporter, 75$ (tva + Tips (12%). Hors de prix & qualité vraiment décevante, la viande ressemblait a un pauv jambon mal cuit qui était très désagréable a manger avec l'impression que tout restait dans les dents.
Dégouté du smoked meat direct.

Takeout Smoked Meat Poutine ✨ I read many reviews about this place but decided to try it anyways. The staff were quick to help me order takeout, they are just doing their job in a busy touristy place. I don't blame them for any past behaviour from previous reviews.

The smoked meat was amazing, definitely lives up to their name, it had great flavour. The fries & gravy weren't overly salty, & not super oily. I wasn't expecting the pickles & mustard added to it though, but it definitely is a great pairing with smoked meat.

The restaurant was dirty, we got seated after waiting for so long. The waitress, floor I think didn't even wipe the table properly, their napkin dispenser had mustard all over it & food all over the chairs. We still gave it a chance despite how nasty the restaurant was. We ordered the fried chicken poutine & the fries were burnt. The'fried chicken' was just some nuggets chopped up. Probably one of the worst poutines we had. The virgin drinks were okay. We were never given any attention by our server Floor & in the end she acted out so rudely when we decided not to tip because we had a horrible experience. If you expect a tip maybe do your job better.

J'ai 2 ados qui sont allés mangé la ce midi. Ils ont adorés l'ambiance & la bouffe. Le seul problème est que leur serveur a pris le pourboire directement en leur redonnant leur monnaie. Il leur a dit: je garde cet argent c'est mon pourboire. Je trouve que cela est profiteur. Ce n'est pas au serveur de décider de son pourboire, même avec des jeunes.

We waited for a while at the wait to be seated sign without any kind of acknowledgment. We eventually had to ask someone if we could be seated & they then pointed to a table so we sat down & proceeded to wait another 15 minutes where we were given a menu but no one ever came back to take our order. Not even for a drink or to let us know they would be with us as soon as they could. Eventually we gave up & left which is too bad as we were looking forward to trying the place. Understandable they were busy but some kind of acknowledgment or even a single sentence to us would have been appreciated
