Flers Café feels like a little escape from the city. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, elegant, & reminiscent of a cozy Parisian café.
The service was incredibly kind & welcoming, adding to the relaxed & inviting experience.
The coffee was excellent, but the true standout was the flan cakes. The praline & pistachio flavors were beautifully balanced - silky, creamy, & indulgent without being overly sweet.
Everything here feels carefully crafted & fresh. A lovely spot to slow down, enjoy great coffee, & treat yourself to something special.

We love discovering new coffee spots for date days, & Flers Café was such a beautiful surprise.
The space feels warm, cozy, & welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly kind & friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
Their lattes are delicious & perfectly balanced, but the real highlight for us was the flan cakes. The praline & pistachio flan cakes were honestly some of the best we've had - creamy, rich, & full of flavor.
Everything here is made fresh from scratch, & you can really taste the quality in every bite.
It can get busy, but it's the perfect spot for a cozy coffee date, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a sweet treat with a great cup of coffee.
We love trying new coffee places & this one was amazing! The staff were super friendly & welcoming. The lattes were delicious, & the flan cakes - some of the best we've had. All their pastries & food are made from scratch & served fresh. We definitely will be going back!
I'm so glad Flers Café took over this location! The previous café was pretentious & only spoke English - embarassing when I'd come with francophone friends in Le Plateau Mont Royal & they weren't served in English! But Flers is FABULOUS. Great coffee, lovely vibe, chatted with two employees are both were extremely warm (& bi-lingual!)
The Flan is the most delicious flan I've had in the area! Pistachio was out of this world. Big portions too! I'll certainly be back 🙌🏼
Such a noisy place ! Loud music, staff not making much effort with the dishes. Not smiling, not looking in the eyes when you say hello, speak like machines when they address you. Don't ask'is there smth else you would like ?'go straight to'you have to pay now'. You can feel they just needed a job & are not really into service & relationship to people. They choose music that is just wavy, adding to the bad acoustic of the place that resonates a lot. Believe me, there are a lot of better coffeeshops in the neighbourhood
Great coffee & food, friendly staff, & laptop friendly on weekdays with many outlets. The frittata breakfast sandwich is my go-to lunch but their croissants are also top-notch, even by Montreal standards.

Was enjoying an afternoon coffee with my girlfriend, everything in the environment was pleasant. Suddenly the owner of the place approached us & said he didn't like how close we were sitting next to each other (he said this is a'family' space).
I was shocked, so I said I'd never come back to this cafe. Maybe it was offensive to him culturally (I think he's middle eastern), but even the way he asked us to separate was arrogant & rude. Otherwise, everything in the place is enjoyable - unfortunate that they have this attitude that even sitting close to your partner is considered not suitable for a'family place'

Fantastic new café in the heart of the Plateau, two minutes from the Mont Royal metro & right next to a park. Everything is made in-house, the coffee is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed & unpretentious, everything you could ask for!

So happy to have found a new favorite local cafe. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are so friendly, & best of all everything is delicious. Amazing home made sandwiches & pastries, & 10/10 coffee. I love this place.
