I would definitely come back! The pastries were delicious, the drinks were excellent, & the service was wonderful. The drinks were well-balanced-not too bitter or too sweet.
The only minor downside is that the paper cups don't retain a cold drink very well, so it's best to enjoy your drink soon after it's served. Other than that, it was a great experience, & I'd happily return.
I went there for a quick morning coffee & the space was really nice. I also tried the vanilla latte with cold foam & it was pretty pleasant; felt more like a sweet treat than something to wake you up, but that's expected for a fun drink of such a large size (It would have been perfect if I ordered extra expresso shots!).
My wife & I came on a Sunday to do some work on our laptops & have a nice coffee & sandwich to get out of the house. We order food & drinks, which was $40 for two without tip (this is a cafe mind you), open our laptops & start to work. Not moments later the presumed owner or manager swoops out of no where & promptly informs us no laptops are allowed on weeks, saying a sign was on the door stating as such. He was also quite condescending to my wife but amicable to me which was very disrespectful. We didn't see the sign because the door was propped open & out of view, when the sign should have been displayed on the window under the menu so people could actually see it. After that, another patron takes a seat & opens her laptop to start working & was not asked to put her laptop away. While the food & drink were good, & the service pleasant, the cafe needs to better display it's weekend laptop ban in much the way Lilly & Ollie does. After spending $40 on cafe food & the way my wife was treated we will second guess coming back.
