The place was quite dirty which happens but it wasn't that busy & there was a lot of staff that could have been on top of that
A vous de communiquer avec moi donne moi votre téléphone - à deux reprise vous n'avez servi des vidanges - Ma première fois j'ai été five guys McGill - humberger à vomir - humberger pain très humide- le contenue c'est déverser sur le papier d'aluminium- en colère décevante de perdre $30 de bouffe j'ai quitter en abandonnant tout sur le comptoir près de la vitrine - je vais manger chez five guys Vancouver tout est excellent- à mon retour j'écris un avis comparatif entre l'excellent humberger de Vancouver & le mauvais humberger de five guys rue McGill Montréal - un superviseur me telephone- m'offre un gratuiter - que j'utilise & voici mes commentaires- excellent service - excellent employé- excellente gérante - pour le humberger à vous de juger ma deuxième déception

L'endroit idéal pour un repas après avoir visité le Salon de l'auto 2026 ! Ce Five Guys est situé juste à côté du Palais des congrès, à seulement quelques minutes de marche.
?Le service a été très rapide avec une équipe gentille & efficace. Les burgers sont délicieux comme d'habitude, même si le pain aurait pu être un peu plus chaud (le dessus du sandwich était malheureusement froid). Heureusement, les frites étaient fraîches & le milkshake très bon.
?Les tables étaient propres & mention spéciale pour l'ambiance avec la musique des années 90 !

FIX THE MAYO ISSUE
It is not hard to read an order. May on the side means mayo on the side. Just received my order with no sauce for the third time. NO SAUCE.
Le standard pour les burgers, Un des meilleurs burger ! Les frites sont en sur quantité & top qualité...véritables frites pas de poupoudre! Boison gazeuse à volonté.

Aucun commentaire sur la cuisine qui comme à son habitude est excellente. Cependant, je trouve très moyen le fait de mettre du rap à fond sur les haut parleurs du restaurant à 22h pile pour bien faire comprendre au derniers clients qu'ils ne sont plus les bienvenues.
La comida es excelente, de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. El único problema es que a veces las mesas se encuentran muy sucias y no encuentras una mesa para comer. Pero el servicio y la comida son excelentes.
Colleagues of mine & I from Agnutmaqan Association recently travelled to Montreal, QC for the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) conference taking place October 28-30, 2025. We were thrilled to find this Five Guys location only a 2 minute walk out our door … we were patrons here all three days.
I had the regular cheeseburger with bacon, my two other friends ordered the Petit burger & fries. 🍔🍔 While in Montreal it's a must to try the poutine - FIVE GUYS hooked us up! The cheese curd & gravy were the perfect poutine combo 🍟- delicious (we ordered 7 of them during our three day visit). The burgers were freshly made & the toppings were fresh & bountiful!
This was my first time visiting Montreal as well as my first time to Five Guys burger place … it definitely won't be my last for either!! FIVE GUYS focuses on burgers, fries & hotdogs - they don't sell salads, chicken or a whole bunch of other menu items, they keep their focus on burgers, hotdogs & fries & it shows … See y'all soon 🙏 Merci Beaucoup
The service is excellent. Five guys does a great job with the burgers, hot dogs, veggie sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, BLTs, Poutin & the fries. No waiting, plenty of room upstairs or down. Enjoy 😋
