've been coming to Five Guys for years, & at this point I genuinely don't understand how the price keeps going up while the quality & service stay this mediocre.

I paid over $27 for a cheeseburger, a small fry & a small gravy. I didn't order through Uber Eats. I literally walked there, picked it up myself, & somehow we're still approaching $30 for fast food.

For that price, you'd think there would be SOME level of care put into the food. Instead, every time I unwrap my burger, it looks like a crime scene. Everything is crushed, falling apart, toppings everywhere, sauce all over the wrapper. Presentation is apparently not even a consideration.

The burger itself is mediocre at best. The fries are decent when they're actually warm, which they often aren't by the time I get home. Service is slow & practically nonexistent. You have to ask for everything.

& somehow, despite repeatedly paying extra for gravy, it is forgotten so often that I've basically started expecting it not to be in the bag. If you're charging me extra for something, putting it in the bag feels like a fairly reasonable expectation.

Then, after paying $30+ for mediocre fast food, the machine asks for a tip.

Five Guys needs to decide what it wants to be. You can charge restaurant prices, or you can serve a burger that looks like it survived a car accident with nonexistent service. Doing both is insane.

Unacceptable! I was really disappointed with my experience at this Five Guys location in Montreal. Throwing all the fries directly on top of the burgers into a single paper bag makes an absolute greasy mess. The bag gets soaked in oil, & the burgers arrive completely squished & unappetizing. On top of that, the staff made zero effort to meet me halfway. Coming from Europe, where food presentation & basic cleanliness are respected, this style of serving food is just bad. Dumping greasy food into a paper bag is not'generosity,' it's just lazy. Remember: it's supposed to be fast food, not bad food! Extremely disappointing service for the price you pay. Would not recommend.

The hamburger bacon with cheese all dressed was delicious. I also had a small poutine with gravy & curds which was very good

Bacon cheeseburgers were delicious it was loaded. Expensive for 6 but worth it.. Highly recommend!!!

Service was quick & friendly the food was perfect had an generous amount of topping & sauce snd through fries were amazing & so fresh even tho we were there just before close.

La nourriture est bonne malgré que difficile a manger, c'est un défi d'ouvrir la bouche pour prendre une boucher du Burger & tout le contenu1aae tombe de tout les côtés. Le prix est extrêmement cher pour une chaîne de fast-food. Ça vaut peut-être la peine d'y aller une fois pour essayer mais pas plus.
