Five Guys at DIX30 never disappoints! Their burgers are always fresh, juicy, & made exactly the way you like them. Their fries are also perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, & consistently great every time. The service is fast & efficient, even when they're busy, & the restaurant is always clean & well-kept. It's just an all-around enjoyable place when you want a quality burger without the wait or hassle.
Food is amazing if you manage to get it. The two times a year I get five guys it takes the workers 45 minutes at LEAST make a simple order because they always slack off & talk to their friends & forget your order or simply loose it. They have to change something because one of my favorite burger places has dog shit service.
Regular customer here. Great Fries & burger. Inflation killing it though. At the Dix30 location I was the only customer ordering. 4 other customers came in after me & all received their order first. 25 minutes later I was confused into disbelief, DEI or what! I got a bit of psychosis & asked to forget the order & give money back. To my surprise I got my money back WITH my order. Now that is great customer respect appreciation. I was late to work but the free meal calmed me down.
High quality delicious fast food for a fair price. Cashier was friendly & patient & we got all orders right. Also peanut are available for free so help yourself

The service & food is always great 👍👍 The Poutine & Fries unbeatable, I would just improve the bread who desintegrate quick if you eat burgers... But anyway, it's meant to melt in your mouth, right ?
Five guys is one of the best fast food restaurants the quality & service is always amazing & i never ate a bad hamburger from this chain definitely recommend to a friend

It is exactly what you would expect from five guys although I have to say it tasted much better than the downtown Toronto branch. The lovely lady at the cash was so friendly & provided great service, really appreciated it.
Burgers are fantastic, these guys know how to make them! Fries are great as well, hot crispy, real fresh fries, not frozen. I had the double cheeseburger with bacon & fried onions, man!
It's a Five Guys, so their hamburgers are good, juicy & tasty, but pricy. I really like that you can customize what's on it & all toppings are free. From what I remember, they used to give more French Fries, like an absurd amount but their large was enough for three adults to share.

The atmosphere was good. The place was busy but not rowdy. The layout is accomodating of busy times while leaving plenty of space. While ordering, the staff was curteous & patient. One of the shakes we ordered was put into the system wrong but when we recieved it, were offered to have it remade. We ordered a salted caramel & a banana milkshake, & a poutine. The milkshakes were great, made with real ingredients, real ice cream, & the quality of the flavours showed. I was very happy with what I recieved. The poutine was not so great. The gravy was served too hot, which made the first few mouthfuls hard to eat. For a few bites after that it was great, the fries are handmade & have a good flavour, there was plentiful cheese; the gravy was not much worth mentioning. After that, the fries started turning slimey, & the cheese was melting far too fast. As I approached finishing my poutine it started to feel quite foul in my mouth as the fries became far too slimey to be called even fries. I ate it at the store, had I waited until.I got home, it would have certainly been inedible. The price was huge as well. For two shakes & a poutine, I paid over $27 after tax. The poutine portion size was great, but considering how bad it turned, it wasn't remotely worth the price. I'll return for the shakes.
Courteous, helpful & fast service. Tasty snacks. Soft drinks with perfect dosage. Generous portions of fries that would be perfect if peeled. Clean store, but it is necessary to improve the cleaning of the bathrooms & the access corridor to them. Synchronized team. Free parking with several open spaces near the store entrance.
